去年住過一次感覺還可以，訂的也是這個房型，住的還是同一個房間。這次還在線下補了200元。就更不值這個價格了。房間進去有一股臭味，還發現有條多腳🐛。晚上睡覺擔心一晚會不會爬上床。服務就更沒有了，前台都沒人。連洗澡浴巾都沒有。早上反饋前台感覺一點都不在意，早上就更沒有了，就問你 粥，麪條混沌就三樣，對不起快1000的價格，住東錢湖邊上的其他五星級價格差不多，服務一個天一個地。真心不建議去住，服務差。體驗為零第一次差評（本來想看風景，結果什麼也看不到）踩坑 都沒人住了，真心不推薦。

風景很好，酒店就在東錢湖旁邊，環湖騎行很棒，生態環境急棒，但是假期遊客太多了，進入酒店一路堵車，而且預訂要定好不靠遊客的一面

小朋友説房間的窗户往外看就是一幅畫，讓我捕捉到了一衹小壁虎，第二天一早去了環湖騎行，風景也是美不勝收，旁邊有個小沙灘裏面的挖沙設施也是很先進，衹是節假日開車前往的小夥伴要有心裏預期，湖邊的路還是很堵的，需要有點耐心的

酒店從外面看着比裏面好太多了，定了個最貴的尊享湖景房，然而進房間一看卻是很側面的景，有一半還是對着酒店過道和餐廳，毫無私隱。設施設備也都很一般。服務還不錯，有車子接送來回韓嶺老街。

隔音實在太差，白天打掃阿姨和前台聊天一字不落可以聽清，無法休息，房間也很小很小，早餐也不是自助，根本不值得這個價
