第一天入住遇到點問題沒能及時處理，後續解決還是很快且服務態度相當好，反覆的道歉並且免費升級了第二天的早餐，出面解決的領班攻關可以能力很強。建議在管理上還有待加強，總之從最初的不滿意到滿意還是在於對顧客的真誠。下次有機會還會選擇城市新貴的，理由：希望貴店有則改之無則加勉！
