套餐裏寫的贈送一套寶格麗洗護品和一份伴手禮，結果伴手禮是一本酒店的宣傳本，寶格麗的洗護品是房間裏放着給你用，而不是單獨再額外贈送的，（那我如果要帶走這套洗護品，是不是我在房間裏就不能洗頭洗澡了？）感覺挺low，有欺騙消費者的感覺，本來對酒店印象不錯，結果大打折扣。

很喜歡東錢湖這家設計師酒店，對面的韓嶺美術館很好拍，這裏用無人機拍攝出來很美。酒店是管家服務，服務都很貼心，五一期間還給我們兩間都升級了庭院房，一直都有幫忙拿行李，送的甜品晚安茶都很温馨。小季服務很好，送的伴手禮很有酒店風格。
