國慶節的長假是難得的休息時光，選擇帶着家中長輩一同出遊。雖天公不作美，細雨綿綿，但這並未影響我們出遊的心情。我們下榻的酒店位於風景如畫的韓嶺老街，地理位置極佳，無論是探索周邊還是出行都極為便利。
這家酒店隸屬於花間堂品牌，前台工作人員不僅熱情周到，還精心準備了小禮物和晚安湯，以及美味的歡迎水果，這些細節不輸大牌五星級酒店的標準。此外，酒店提供的衞生洗漱用品均是寶格麗品牌，進一步提升了我們的住宿體驗。
這次入住體驗令人難忘，下次旅行時，我一定會再次考慮選擇這家酒店。

帶着遺憾的心情來的，因為天氣預報這兩天都是雨，沒想到酒店還有不少活動，一起做了披薩，又約了拍照，一下子時間就不夠了，第二天依然小雨，撐着傘沿着東錢湖走也是別有一番風味；酒店在老街路口，周邊吃飯小吃都很方便；酒店人員態度也讓人很舒服，非常值得推薦

最好一點就是景色很舒服，就在韓嶺老街裏面，其實周邊酒店很多，不建議住這家可以選擇其他規劃好、規模大的酒店！
最頭痛一點就是，夜班值班人員之衹有一位小姑娘，還是在黃金節假日啊！！非常不符合一個酒店應該有的素質。但是這個小姑娘還是脾氣很好！

酒店的位置非常好，充分享受了東錢湖的風光和逛韓嶺街的便利，佈局很有特色，床榻舒適，旁邊就是美術館，值得推薦給來寧波遊玩的朋友們！酒店安排的旅拍是由流夏先生拍攝，效果不錯。酒店晚上送來甜點和湯圓，一大早退房前台哥哥熱心搬行李，為寧波之行留下美好記憶。

不太滿意所以記錄一下。以boutique著稱的酒店確實離標準化管理的酒店距離不小。酒店停車場雖然和社會停車場車位有分割，不過整個停車場共用一個入口，十一大排長隊。。。 無人引導；大部分工作人員專業不足，日常基本的問好沒有；研究很久確定房間沒放任何瓶裝水，致電兩個等很久才來；打開電視機制式不對無法控制，第一個小姐姐搞不定，第二個小姐整個過程面無表情一句“廢話”沒有，不過專業可以，上手調整即好（就是感覺是我們給您找了麻煩？）；沒有解釋為何沒有寶格麗伴手禮的原因（其實無所謂，後來家人提醒才注意到這是攜程訂酒店一部分，但是少了一份來自酒店的解釋）；也沒有按照攜程中的提示配備minibar（有提醒minibar免費，但同樣衹是不清楚為什麼配備的和攜程不同）。該點讚的是有一個前台小哥很好，熱情周到👍 總之不太滿意的酒店，比民宿少了點人情味，比傳統品牌多了點“扭捏”的高高在上。

位置絕佳，在韓嶺老街牌坊口，逛街方便。
房間設計新穎，也比較寬敞，2.4米的大床對帶孩子的家庭絕對友好，床品也比較舒適。設施配得都比較好，戴森的吹風機，toto智能馬桶等。
洗漱用品很好，全套寶格麗的。另外，有送小朋友的洗漱用品。
整體體驗不錯
