The front desk service was very thoughtful, polite, and friendly without being intrusive. The welcome fruit on the first night was fresh, nothing spectacular but perfectly fine. The gym and swimming pool facilities are excellent; I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip. The room layout was also very comfortable and spacious. Overall, it's a hotel with a beautiful exterior and excellent service quality that's truly on point. Highly recommended – this was the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at during this business trip. (I hope the doorman can proactively help with luggage next time.)

The room was very clean, and the hygiene details were meticulously handled. It was a comfortable stay for our family trip, and the minibar was complimentary on the first day. The hotel thoughtfully provided a welcome gift for the kids, which they loved. Free parking was super convenient, and the breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious. We were very satisfied! We'll definitely come again next time~

I booked two king rooms, and both were upgraded to 60 square meters, which was very spacious. The towels were clean, and they offered memory foam pillows. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy outside, even with the windows closed. The breakfast selection was average, but the taste was decent.

I took my family to Ningbo for the weekend and spent a week researching and comparing numerous hotels. We finally checked into YUN Hotel on Friday night. I had purchased a 50-square-meter pre-sale voucher a day in advance, and upon arrival, I paid extra to upgrade my parents' room to 60 square meters. They were very pleased; the hotel is new, and the room is spacious. What I want to praise the most is the breakfast. The dining environment was excellent, and there was a wide variety of food. I didn't think much of it at first, but after staying at a certain high-end Hyatt hotel in Dongqian Lake on Saturday, I realized that cheaper hotels don't necessarily have worse breakfast than more expensive ones. This hotel offers incredible value for money, and I will definitely stay here again when I visit Ningbo. The only drawback is that the swimming pool and gym close too early. When I went for a swim after 8 PM, I was told they were about to close for cleaning. I had read reviews before checking in that said the pool was great, so not being able to experience it was a bit of a shame.

The hotel's design is excellent, and the room is very spacious. What's even more impressive is the unique built-in water dispenser. The towels and bathrobes in the room are sealed, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene. In the evening, they even provide thoughtful eye masks and milk. The service is truly attentive. Plus, the complimentary restaurant meal was fantastic – it's a rare find to experience such carefully prepared and delicious food in a hotel. Definitely recommend staying here!

Whenever I visit Ningbo, I always choose the Yun Hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff at the front desk are incredibly helpful and accommodating. Their service attitude is excellent! Highly recommend!
