太差太差，洗澡沒有熱水，吹風機沒有等等，服務也不好，價格也不好

最差體驗，昨天夜裡到了酒店大門竟然關着，敲了半天也沒人開門，打電話過去竟然説跟我打電話確認過取消了，簡直活見鬼。訂單顯示我已入住，真是神操作。後來讓我在大門外邊等近20分鐘才開門，山裡温度有0℃，差點凍感冒。一句抱歉都沒有。進入房間空調翻半天找不到遙控器，打電話讓自己到棋牌室找。早上問早餐在哪，説一直不提供早餐，真是無語，問附近有沒有吃早餐的又説沒有，最後施捨了一份青菜炒年糕附圖，我説你們早餐連個雞蛋都不捨得放或給嗎，回答説我們這炒年糕都是這樣，我説你早餐最起碼給個雞蛋吧，喝得也沒有，無動於衷。房間、前台、衞生間也是臟亂，早上熱水？吹風機都沒得，真是一刻都不想待下去，好好的心情一地亂麻，自始至終工作人員一點歉意都沒有，酒店老闆是不是想把生意做好，平台怎麼審核的，5份評價咋來的，直接影響平台信譽，真得是無語！
