房間和圖片基本沒有區別 肉眼可見的衞生狀況是比較好的 雖然靠馬路但是晚上也很安靜 地理位置比較好 出門就是地鐵站 步行去天一廣場 鼓樓等等地方都很方便 唯一就是衞生間下水有點堵 流的好慢 房東小姐姐很可愛 溝通很順利回覆也很快

設施：一應俱全。
衞生：比較新，還是比較乾淨的。
環境：很滿意，裝修風格還可以。
服務：服務很好，小姐姐回覆信息很及時，很耐心。
下次來的到話會是首選，無論親子還是情侶都可以。
交通：地鐵2號線城隍廟站，出站走幾分鐘就到。
美食購物：附近有天一廣場，城隍廟夜市和鼓樓，去文化廣場地鐵1號線也很近。

非常熱情的民宿房東，整個入住過程愉快且輕鬆，首先下了車就有房東親自接待並一路帶領。本來訂的是紅黑，房東領着又看了這套更漂亮的房間後就決定入住這間，映入眼簾的房間佈局很是整潔大方，各類設施齊全，衞生更是細緻，在市中心還近地鐵站，去哪裡都很是方便！雖然在市中心會熱鬧些，但房東有提供耳塞，覺得會吵其實晚上帶了耳塞睡的還挺好。有問必答，回覆及時。非常滿意的一次入住體驗，推薦！！！下次寧波還來。

設施：設施相當齊全，電視也是可以移動的，非常方便。在窗口有曬衣架，常住也不用擔心衣服的問題。關上廁所門，就完全聽不到洗衣機的聲音。家裡人看到後都不相信這個價格有這麼好的環境！
衞生：店家有提供垃圾袋，如果裝滿也不用擔心沒法扔垃圾。床上用品也很乾凈，沒有發現污漬，很滿意
環境：很安靜，隔音也不錯，周圍景點都是步行10分鐘以內能到達的！很滿意
服務：店家回覆很及時，隨時有響應，問什麼都能快速回答！有求必應～下次有需要還會再訂這家店！

房東人很好，主動幫忙升級了房間。房間很大，裝潢很有趣。關鍵是位置太好了，離地鐵站步行兩分鐘，離天一廣場和月湖公園都衹有幾百米，樓下也有便利店，體驗非常好！

房間特別漂亮呢 空間很大可以瞎晃悠 各種設施都很齊全 有一個大電視 躺在床上看電視特別爽啊 房間裏還有一個小冰箱 我買了冰激凌放進去呢 半夜偷偷起來吃簡直是天堂 外賣也特別方便 會直接送到房間門口 廁所的馬桶提供了一次性的消毒馬桶圈罩 好細心 洗手枱上面還有兩個廁所香薰 我還特意看了一下準備回去買了放在家裡 廁所裏香香的心情都特別好 房間佈置很漂亮啊 拍照也特別好看呢 哦哦還有就是離地鐵站特別近呢 走路三分鐘就到了 房東姐姐人也特別特別好呢 歡迎大家都來住
