The career editor who came to Ningbo University for the exam originally chose a homestay, because the room was full and contacted me to check out. Ctrip customer service quickly called me to ask me not to check out and negotiate with the merchant. After verifying that there is no room, I changed the luxury room of this hotel nearby. And the platform to make up the difference. The hotel is not very close to the north gate of Ningbo University, it takes about 20 minutes to walk. The hotel has a very good attitude. As soon as I entered the door, my aunt sent biscuits and fruits. It was quiet at night and there was no noisy sound. The breakfast the next day was also quite rich, you can eat directly with the room card (although I ate a bowl of porridge and an egg, I feel numb hahahaha)

After comparing online, I chose this hotel. I was not disappointed. The decoration is very good. There is a snack street when I go out. It is very convenient to eat. The hotel is good overall, the room is clean and hygienic, there is parking space, the front desk also presents breakfast coupons, and the breakfast variety is also rich. The lack of pillows is a bit too thin and soft, the middle of the window is blocked, the glass is on the side without screens, you can't open the ventilation, it's okay to be winter when you don't pass, or give a five-star praise.

The breakfast is plentiful, the rooms are large and clean. Although it is a long-standing hotel, the decoration is not old at all. I always order here every time I come back. The front desk service is very good. Seeing that we took the baby, I also added a crib and gave me baby slippers.

The room was nice. I chose the lake view room, which had a great view and large floor-to-ceiling windows. Hyatt is famous for being pet-friendly. This time we came here specifically to pull ****s. There were fewer people and it was better to take the dog outdoors. The overall experience was good. The lobby manager of the hotel is very professional and nice, and gave a lot of good suggestions. The hotel staff also love dogs and the stay was a great experience.

Easy parking and good service! The transportation is convenient, the environment is clean and hygienic, quiet, and there are fruits and snacks. I am very satisfied. I will come to Ningbo to lock in Boya!

Completely beyond our imagination: 1. The interior is very beautiful, you can see the Yongjiang River, and there is a small teapot where you can calm down and enjoy tea. 2. The breakfast is very rich and nutritious, especially the Ningbo flavor, which is great. 3. You can read in the lobby, which is very quiet. 4. Just outside is Dadongjiang Park, which is suitable for running and playing. 5. I also went to the gym, and the scenery in the gym was also very nice.

Although the Atour Hotel is not luxurious, it is designed to reflect the pursuit of quality everywhere. This is a hotel that has stayed several times, as always. The room is large, the windows are well lit and the curtains are thick and shading, and the sound insulation effect is good, providing guests with a high-quality sleeping environment. The bed, pillow, and quilt are all I like, very comfortable to fall asleep 😃. Photos and accessories from all over the aisle room add a lot of elegance. Separate bathroom and shower separation are not common in this grade of hotel, especially to praise. The shower room is really spacious and comfortable. I don't want to go out. The waiter was very friendly, friendly and gentle, and asked guests to hand over a cup of hot tea as soon as they arrived in the hall. The thing worth improving is that the gym is a bit small and not well ventilated.

If you’re not needing the downtown CBD area, then this hotel isn’t for you. It’s difficult to find due to one-way streets, and all the drivers had trouble finding the entrance, which was always filled with several parked cars making it more difficult for drivers to enter/exit. The views in the room are all of other buildings across the street. However, the worst part of my experience was when the hotel disabled the air conditioning in the room in the middle of the night. When I complained, I was moved to a larger room that was literally 1 degree cooler, and an electric fan was placed in the bedroom. But between 1 and 4am, the room was sweltering, as many hotels are in smaller cities around China. I understand local brands doing this to save money, but this is an international brand. When I complained the second time, an employee told me Chinese people don’t like to sleep with the air conditioning on. I know that’s not true. Finally, the buffet breakfast was disappointing compared to other hotels of the same price/category. I won’t be returning.

I travel a lot for work and this is the first time writing a bad review ever. I was disappointed with this hotel for 2 reasons: 1. Staff at front desk does not speak English. Although my Chinese is OK, they were unwilling to help me. I had an issue with a booking (caused by trip.com). Trip was very friendly and helpful. Staff at front desk told me it wasn’t their problem that they couldn’t find a booking and I should figure it out with the agent, however I clearly had a confirmed booking on my phone. I know the problem wasn’t caused at the hotel, but at the same time I have a booking here with a payment FOR YOUR HOTEL. The least you can do is do everything you can to help me check this issue. Furthermore I had to cancel one night booked for my colleague due to change of plans. If they told me from the beginning cancellation is not possible, my colleague would’ve changed the plan accordingly. The staff told me I should check with trip.com and if they could process the cancellation the hotel can agree. However, we spend 2 days going back and forth, talking to the front desk and talking to trip.com customer service to try and figure it out. Finally at 10 pm (!!!) of the night of the cancellation they finally informed me they cannot cancel. By that time it was too late and my colleague already checked into another hotel, so we spend double the money for no reason. 2. The breakfast is not good, food is low quality. The hotel is clearly locally managed, you can feel it in terms of customer service and food quality. I do not recommend.
