非常差的一次體驗，酒店在7點多給我打電話，問是否還入住，回答是，但是在10分鐘過後去辦理入住已經把我們的房間賣出去了，我們也沒有網上取消，8點多還要等他們工作人員吃完飯現給我們收拾房間，我們還帶着3個孩子，趕了一天路十一出遊，去了還得等他們現收拾，態度那叫一個差，理論幾句還讓我們閉嘴，更是過分，在沒經過我們朋友同意的情況下，直接把他們訂的豪華標間改成普通標間，中間差100元，找攜程介入，賓館衹給50元差價，還不承認兩個房型有出入，直到我們發去圖片，承認降房型，但就是不補錢，真是非常差的體驗

一直都住寧城二賓館的，這次體驗了新開的c棟。住下來環境當然比b棟好，但是總覺得b棟更像小鎮温泉的感受，c棟更像城市快捷酒店，缺少了點人情味。另外可能太新了，房間沒有電話，紙抽。浴池上方也沒有可以懸掛浴巾的繩子，浴缸沒有b棟大，當然不影響入住體驗感

在攜程訂了寧城第二賓館的貴賓樓，朋友們一起，訂了三間房是今年新開業的，服務員少點，但是服務很好。
房間很大，衞生很好，洗浴用品包括浴巾毛巾都不錯，床很大很舒服，房間有小度智能，衞生間兩個浴缸，馬桶智能沖水。洗臉池在外面，很方便。
最不方便的是，沒有手持花灑🚿，對於年齡大進出浴缸不方便的人來説，是個弊端。
早餐很一般，但是相對於整體價格，是合理的。
停車方便。總之，在寧城這個地方，目前是最好的酒店了。
