不差評都不行 倒不是因為酒店差 是給辦入住的服務員太差👎 私自換掉我訂好的房間 信口雌黃 我們是入住前一天就訂好的（訂的是酒店算好 價格相對同酒店其他房間是高的 而且相對最大的房間）結果 我們到了以後給我們辦入住的時候 就給我安排了一間又小 且價格比我訂的便宜的房間 然後我就下樓詢問了服務員 她告知我一樣的 房間都一樣 衹是我之前訂的在電梯旁邊 衹是窗子不一樣 其他都一樣大 聽到她這麼説 我就回房間了 但是我老公感覺不對 又下去詢問她了 説圖片都不一樣 價格不一樣 怎麼可能會房間一樣大 衹是窗子不同 並要求服務員給我們看一下我之前訂的房間 服務員就答應好 給我們換 但是一轉頭 又變卦了 告訴我老公 我們訂好的房間已經有人住了 呵呵 我就想問你了 是你一開始就把我們訂好的房間私自給別人開了 開信口開河 編出來種種説辭來忽悠我們 然後服務員就説給我們換一間稍微大點的 然後給我們退差價 （因為我兩個開了長時間的車 也不想折騰了就同意了）就給我們換了一間稍微大一點的 我就問你了 客人是**嗎 你服務員憑什麼私自換了我訂好的房間 還説是一樣的 哪裡一樣了 你難道不會看嗎 然後第二天就退房了 然後她説什麼退差價也就不了了之了 這就是你們酒店的服務理念嗎 欺騙客人 把客人當**
