Strategic location right in front of the central point of public transport. Close to restaurants, services and tourist attractions. Very friendly staff. Very clean hotel. 24 hour access. Very satisfied with the place.

Nice hotel and good service. Too bad, however, that the taxi that had been reserved the day before did not show up. He claimed that the hotel had canceled the reservation 1 hour before. Impossible to check but we have mail at the station and almost missed the train.

Coming as part of a sporting competition, we occupied room 209 for two nights, in this hotel located about 10 minutes from Niort station. The establishment therefore enjoys an ideal location for exploring the city on foot. Our arrival at the hotel was marked by a quick and efficient welcome and check-in, with smiling staff. The room itself is quite large and overlooks Place de la Brèche, the emblematic square of the city of Niort. The shower room is quite small but the toilet is separate. The decoration of the hotel/room is quite basic and the choice of purple paint everywhere is quite sad and contributes to darkening the volumes, which is a shame. The hotel also has a bar and a large dining room. Not much to complain about the entire stay.
