Emplacement strategique juste devant le point central du transports en commun. Pres des restaurants , services et attraits touristiques. Personnel tres sympathique. Hotel tres propre. Acces 24 hres. Tres satidfaite de l'endroit.

Très bien situé à deux pas de la gare et du centre piétonnier. Accueil, confort, personnel, petites intentions, propreté, petit déjeuner, ..., tout est parfait ! Hôtel d'un très bon rapport qualité prix !

Hôtel agréable et bon service. Dommage toutefois que le taxi qui avait été réservé la veille ne s’est pas présenté. Il a prétendu que l’hôtel avait annulé la Reservation 1 heure avant. Impossible de vérifier mais nous avons du courrier à la gare et avons failli rater le train.

Venus dans le cadre d'une compétition sportive, nous avons occupé la chambre 209 durant deux nuits, dans cet hôtel situé à environ 10 minutes de la gare de Niort. L'établissement jouit donc d'une localisation idéale pour découvrir la ville à pied. Notre arrivée.à l'hôtel a été marquée par un accueil et un check-in rapides et efficaces, avec un personnel souriant. La chambre en elle-même est assez grande et donne sur la place de la Brèche, la place emblématique de la ville de Niort. La salle de douche est assez petite mais les toilettes sont séparées. La décoration de l'hôtel / de la chambre est assez sommaire et le parti pris de la peinture violette partout est assez triste et contribue à assombrir les volumes, c'est dommage. L'hôtel dispose également d'un bar et d'une grande salle pour se restaurer. Pas grand chose à redire sur l'ensemble du séjour.

Je ne peux que confirmer les avis positifs. Chambre petite mais très confortable et propre; Petit déjeuner avec tout ce qu'il faut (jus d'orange frais )et accueil très souriant et agréable des hôtesses Mention particulière pour les réceptionnistes à l'accueil que ce soit à l'arrivée ou au départ Je reviendrai avec plaisir, sans hésitation
