Hotel céntrico y tranquilo en Niort. Habitación agradable con una bonita terraza que da a un patio interior tranquilo. Recepción y atención por parte de Marguerite excepcional. Buen desayuno buffet con buena relación calidad precio. Cama muy cómoda. Lugar recomendable

Un séjour de qualité. La chambre est très confortable, le petit-déjeuner est bon et la propreté est de mise.
Reste que l'impression est que l'hôtel est en transition et ça se sent un peu trop. En plus, sur certains sites, il est dit qu'il est fermé ! Réglez cela au plus vite...communiquez bien sur le fait que vous êtes ouvert et en plein fonctionnement.

Vous réservez comme chaque année en pensant que ce sera toujours un IBIS pour découvrir à l'arrivée que ce n'est plus le cas... pas trop grave mais surprenant ! Le plus grave c'est que nous avons payé notre chambre beaucoup plus cher que le tarif effectivement affiché. Selon l'hôtelier "c'est toujours plus cher via les plates-formes de réservation" , impossible de rembourser ces 45 euros de supplément par rapport aux tarifs affichés. Alors qui est le gagnant: Booking ou l'hôtel ? En tout cas je connais le perdant...

Accueil vide, il faut attendre. il y a bien un numéro à appeler mais il sonne occupé. Petit déjeuner : machine à café HS et surtout il ne commence qu'à 6h45. C'est déjà tard surtout en semaine. Conséquence : tout le monde arrive en même temps et donc l'espace est saturé. 2 Parkings privés : appréciable
