Si vous passez par Niort, évitez absolument cet hôtel IBIS situé sur la route de la Rochelle à Niort. Situé en bordure d'une route très passante. Hôtel qui manque cruellement de rénovation et de rafraichissement...d'ailleurs sur les réponses , l'hôtelier annonce fin 2022 un plan de rénovation qui n'a donc pas été mis en application. Accueil très limite, chambres très petites et vieillissantes, moquette insalubre, murs noircis par la pollution, salles de bains obsolètes. Bref un vrai désastre. le petit déjeuner est très médiocre. A 8 heures: plus rien. Pas de bornes électriques pour recharger votre véhicule électrique. Bref passez votre route. Devrait être déclassé en Ibis Budget.

Si vous vous perdez à Niort, surtout ne vous arrêtez pas dans cet hôtel. Situé en bordure d une route très passante, cet hôtel n a rien d un ibis, mais plutôt d un ibis budget. Hôtel délabré et insalubre. Chambres dans leur jus…moquette infecte, murs noircis par le manque d entretien, salle de bain obsolète. Coté insonorisation, on entend tout d une chambre à l’autre. Le petit déjeuner est tout aussi catastrophique. Plus rien à 8 heures. C était cauchemar à l hôtel. Pas de borne électrique pour véhicule électrique…le gérant à du voir pour la première fois de sa vie une voiture électrique….bienvenue chez les bouzeux…bref, surtout ne vous arrêtez pas…c’est indigne de la part du groupe Accor.

Les chambres sont vétustes , la propreté laisse à désirer , moquette tachée , salle de bain vieillotte et avec des joints et un fond de cuvette de toilette pas net .ne justifie pas les 3 étoiles et n’est pas digne d’une prestations ibis . Dommage la jeune femme femme a l’accueil était sympathique .

Des chambres déjà bien vieillissantes (sdb, l'état de la moquette au sol, froides en novembre...)
Le dîner au restaurant ne valait surtout pas le prix (des haricots surgelés inmangeables, du poulet d'une origine douteuse et la cerise sur le gâteau un pot d'une célèbre glace en pot).
Et le petit déjeuner dans le hall de l'hôtel, par manque de place assise dans la salle, finit d'achever mon séjour

Je suis toujours un peu gênée par la moquette des couloirs qui me paraît être d'une propreté douteuse.
Je passe une ou deux nuits à l'hôtel Ibis Marais Poitevin chaque année. Je demande une chambre au rez-de-chaussée, cette demande est toujours prise en compte, ce dont je vous remercie. Mais chaque fois, on m'affecte la chambre 29, qui est complètement au bout du couloir, près de la sortie de sécurité. Je m'étonne que ce soit toujours la même et je déplore qu'elle ne soit pas plus proche de l'entrée. Ce n'est pas grave, mais j'apprécierais de ne pas être systématiquement dans la chambre la plus éloignée de l'accueil.
En revanche, je souhaite dire à quel point j'ai apprécié l'aide de la personne qui s'occupait des petits-déjeuners qui a été extrêmement agréable et serviable.

Halfway on our regular journey from north to south of France, this has become our go-to for one reason - the beds. It's a budget hotel which punches way above its weight in a number of ways but first and last, the beds are super-comfortable, with excellent linen and fluffy duvets, and on a long journey that's what you want. The breakfast is good, the atmosphere relaxed, and the staff super-kind and helpful. I accidentally left behind my gold watch(?!?!) - it was waiting for me on our return north a few days later. Can' thank the staff enough for that! The hotel is handy for the centre of Niort which has an abundance of restaurants, all good, and the town itself is charming. We'll be staying at the Ibis Niort Marais Poitevin again in the spring - where else would we go! Big thanks to all the staff.
