地理位置還好，去哪裡都方便。酒店沒有電梯，扛行李是一件非常考驗體力的事。明明説好免費停車，但退房時還是收了50元人民幣的停車費，愣是告訴我停車不免費。騙人沒商量。奉勸大家不要選這家酒店。

Nice hotel, great location near pubs and restaurant. Friendly staff, rooms was clean and comfy. Clean bathroom. Breakfast was ok, due to the fact there were not guests, breakfast was served a la carte, was was more enough. Coffee was not ok..sugar added…

We had a nice stay here even though we felt the price was a bit high considering what was offered. The ladies at the reception were all super polite and willing to help with advice and issues that arise during your stay.

With my cousin I traveled through Serbia on 19th and 20th January in snowy days and one night we spent in Niš. The choice was made by chance, but we dind't regret it! In the very center in an old building there is super-modern hotel with almost futuristic interiør as in space ship or James Bond's lair from the sixties. Bathroom is designed very invetive so as the closets. I've seen similar techniwur in Copenhagen recently in Bella Sky hotel. Excellent choice of TV channels. Breakfast was rich as brunch - with several kinds of ommeletes and corned meat and cheese, included. Very friendly personal. Pity, we could stay only one night. In the vicinity are green market and many cult restaurants.

Visited this hotel 2 years ago and couldnt fault it, returned this year because of that experience but was a little disappointed as the rooms are looking a little tired now and when we pointed out a few issues these were not dealt with or communicated to us why, or offer of another room.
It is situated in a great part of the town and just needs a freshening up to bring it back to the previous standard. Breakfast and service was great .

Modern Art Hotel rooms with reasonable rates. Very good location near city center. Friendly staff. Breakfast average served in front corridor of 1st floor, no elevator, floors in bathroom, toilet and partially corridor. TV signal was weak.

Hotel was nice and pretty clean, but some furnitures had too much traces of use. I also had problems with the electric window, because it started moving by itself. Staff was really nice and I liked the overall appearance of this hotel.

Rezervasyonumuz olmasına rağmen müsait bir oda bulmak zor oldu. Verilen odanın hazır olmadığı görüp resepsiyona ilettik ve yeni bir oda verdiler. Fakat bu oda da temiz değildi. Çarşaf, yastık kılıfları, havlular ve genel olarak oda kirliydi. Çift kişilik yatak seçmemize rağmen iki ayrı yatak vardı.
Otel konum olarak iyi, yeme/içme alanları hemen otelin önünde. Sadece bu nedenle tercih edilebilir.
Otopark olduğu belirtilmesine rağmen bir otoparkı yok. Otel önünde şansınıza yer bulabilirseniz ücretli otoparktan yararlanabiliyorsunuz.

O único problema do hotel é a falta de elevador. Os quartos são bons, espaçosos e silenciosos. O café da manhã foi fraco (poucas opções), mas abundante. Está bem localizado.
