"The hotel is generally good and, overall, it corresponds quite well to the photos shown on the booking site. The rooms and facilities are decent, and the hotel offers a pleasant stay. However, there were a few issues during my last visit. The fridge in the room was not working, there was a ceiling leak in the bathroom and the cleanliness in the bathroom was not quite at the level I would expect. These are things that should be improved. Apart from these problems, the hotel is pretty decent and could be a good option if the maintenance and cleaning standards are addressed."

"Spacious room with a large comfortable bed. Fridge, no tea/coffee making facilities, ample hanging & drawer space, 2 charging points beside the bed, wifi good, aircon ok, inroom safe. Bathroom had a walk-in shower with shower gel/shampoo dispenser, soap dispenser at basin, hairdryer. No shelf space for soap bags & toiletries. Buffet breakfast had the usual hot & cold choices with fried/scrambled eggs, bacon, rolls, ham, cheeses, waffles, filtered coffee urn urn & fruit juice machine & a selection of sweet delights. Ate in the hotel restaurant which was very good. Food was delicious & well presented. First class, friendly service & reasonably priced. Friendly & helpful staff? Hotel location was a bit out of the way. No restaurants or bars in the local vicinity. Taxi into town (€ 3/4). Entrance to hotel from carpark is down a lot of steps/ramp & is challenging with luggage . Part of a Mercury Journey Through the Balkans holiday tour group."

My wife and I came from Greece for a couple of days and we were more than satisfied! The hotel was spot-on but the staff are those who give soul to the hotel! "Since we couldn't land in Ljubljana, our plane took us back to Niš. Air Serbia arranged the hotel for us, and that's how we ended up here. We didn't arrive until after 11 p.m. and even managed to get something to eat, which tasted awful, but at least all the staff stayed late for us. The staff in general are very friendly. The room was simple and old-fashioned, but the bed was comfortable. We were told that breakfast was served from 6 to 7 a.m., but since we were being picked up from the hotel by taxi at 7 a.m., we were already at breakfast at 6:15 a.m., having gotten up early despite our lack of sleep. We were then sent away and told we were too early and should come back in 20 minutes, at 6:35 a.m. Why did the receptionist say breakfast was from 6 to 7 a.m.? That was rather annoying!"

"The rooms were generous in size. The beds were spacious and comfortable, and the shower was strong. Also, the breakfast was the best breakfast I had all week - a good selection including perfectly cooked fried eggs. However, many of the surfaces we touched gave us static electric shock. This included the buttons on the lift, the door to our room and any other metal surface in the hotel. This is something the hotel needs to address as it is not pleasant to experience."
