I checked into Hilton Niseko Village in the middle of February 2024. We particularly liked the onsen that was included in the stay.
While it is a prime location for skiing and the like, we felt the rooms need a desperate glow up since it had not stood the test of time - since it was oftenly frequented by skiing guests, leaving the room worse for the wear.
The hotel mainly only focuses on skiing activities, so during the peak seasons the lobby will be filled with skiiers and their gears (understandably), however if you were to stay here but not go for skiing (or bringing more family members which are not going to ski) - there are better options for the price.
However, if you are looking for a place to hop on and hop off of skiing, look no further as this hotel is 100% all in into skiing activities including their shuttle to and from other ski parks should you not ski in their own park.
Overall we felt it was a good enough stay however the rooms should be more up to standard since it not only has some wear and tear but the design is quite old...
Would recommend 100% however if you were to go for skiing, OR, the outdoor onsen is in fact, amazing! Makes the stay much more worthwhile I'd say.
