"The plus point of this hotel is the outdoor mixed gender onsen. The location is inconvenient, although there is shuttle bus provided but limited time slot. There is no convenience store or restaurant nearby. I was advised the late check out rate at ¥3300 per hour but I was confused when 1 of the staff advised another guest at ¥2200 per hour. Why double standard? I guess maybe it depends on the room type?"

"Another wonderful experience. We ventured back to Niseko this year and Hinode Hills was our automatic choice. We loved our experience so much in 2022 that we invited another family along and they stayed in two 1-Bedroom apartments. It was great to see Selena and Novita again this year, it was also meet new staff in Natasha, Olivia and many other friendly and helpful faces. They did everything in their power to assist. All in all another 5-star experience."

"Location is a little bit away from the ski lifts but they do have a shuttle bus although I wish there were more bus timings. Staff were friendly and helpful although not all speak English. Buffet breakfast was nice. We tried the dinner on two nights and they were quite similar. Dinner was a bit on the expensive side so would not recommend eating there mutiple nights in a row due to the lack of variety. There is a small course section to the dinner and then a buffet but I’d prefer more of a kaiseki style course with quality over quantity. Absolutely loved the live music every night from 7:39-8:30pm. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a bus that stops outside the hotel for travellers taking the coach from the airport/sapporo. The local bus to the train station also stops outside. Onsen was a bit too hot for my liking but it was a nice size."

"I had a very nice stay here in winter. The snow was heavy and covered the cottage. It is so beautiful. They provide good amenities include the heater and kitchen. But the location was not ideal for public transportation. The nearest bus stop is 1.2km from the cottage -Fujiyama ( bus to Niseko station or any ski resort). However GoTaxi apps are available to save you. And the nearest convenient store 7E is about 1.7km from the cottage. I love to stay here and hopes to coming back next time. And from the cottage you will see a very nice view of Mount Yotei as well."
