"came here to stay for 3 nights for my first ever ski experience. the hotel location is wonderful as it get to ski in and out conveniently during my stay and enjoy hotel spring after ski. the hotel does provide one stop service for ski equipment rental, lesson and lift pass purchase(same rate as the online lift pass). the room is new and clean. I hope the standard can keep still and I would wish to stay back to this hotel again if ever I get a chance to visit niseko again!"

"Location was nice and quiet. We are here in late May ( early summer) so it was kind of off peak period. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast and dinner that was included was good, with nice view facing Yotei mountain. Buffet spread was with a good variety."

"Located just a 5-minute drive from Anlupuli Ski Resort, the hotel isn't very large, but it's very clean. I booked a room with a private onsen (hot spring bath), and aside from having a few too many light switches, all the facilities were impeccable. The staff were very friendly; a Mandarin-speaking staff member was present during check-in, making the entire check-in process and facility introduction very smooth. Breakfast and dinner were typical Japanese meals. I booked two days, so there were two breakfasts and two dinners. The dishes were different for each day, and the overall portions were generous—you'll definitely be full. The hotel offers complimentary alcoholic beverages, and at dinner, there's a wide variety of different alcoholic and soft drinks available free of charge."

"We took a penhouse which is very luxury and spacious. Very good price in Niseko. But a little far away from the busy area but not very bad with car. Had little mis-communication on ski gear rental which is a little defect but not influence my impression. Staff speak fluent English and very helpful."

"We were looking for a ryokan with an onsen within walking distance of the slopes. This place was perfect. The room was comfortable and incredibly clean, and the hotel staff were attentive from morning till night. Unlike the larger hotels in neighboring resorts, it was quiet, peaceful, and comfortable, with no constant noise. The onsen was very good and clean. We also highly recommend dinner at the hotel; we never regretted choosing it. After skiing, it's just ideal to warm up in the onsen, have dinner, and not have to go anywhere else. We thank the hotel staff for their professionalism, service, and care for us. It's a 4-5 minute walk to the slopes. From other resorts, it's a 20-45 minute shuttle ride, which stops right at the hotel."

"Great stay, I slept comfortably. but in future I would like to request a room nearer to the lift, I was given a room at the end of the corner… way too far from the lift. Missed out trying the Onsen and breakfast I’ll definitely come back again ."

"Very clean rooms, outdoor onsen some organic matter but mostly ok. Though they tried to close breakfast early on us one morning. 3 people including myself didn't get the full breakfast buffet. Parking is about 10 spaces or so. I went in late March, away from peak season so was enough."

"Location is good for snowboarding in Annupuri Ski resort. The hot spring or Onsen is also great! The staff member are really helpful and kind. However the room had a bad Oder, when we requested to change rooms, we found all rooms has bad Oder…. Which is troubling… All the faculties except onsen needs payment. NOT FREE. The food is okay… not recommended if you don’t eat Pork. Most of the dishes are cold or room temperatureat best. The tea is amazing tho."

"The staff are not knowledgeable on 3rd party ski hire or ski school. We returned the equipment 1 day earlier and the staff said ok and asked if we are fine with 50% refund. We said yes. The next day they said they never said this.....no English, and don't ask questions, they will not be able to answer. They are well mannered and kind, just no direction and very messy. Bus schedule is also confusing, staff are not clear and busses don't often come without calling and reminding. They say it is due to weather condition, but it wasn't. You need to book set menu dinners at their one and only restaurant, 3 days in advance. We missed the Christmas set dinner, and even though on the phone to reserve the table, we asked for set menu, they didn't decline and they didn't say we needed 3 day advance notice. So we went and ordered small alacarte meals. Small dishes but were absolutely delicious. Hot Spring facility is excellent. Rooms are clean and the layout is fantastic. They have a washing machine that dries as well. Bring your own laundry detergent But I must give 100% credit to them as we left our bag at the lobby and they arranged to send it to Tokyo for us and called the receiving hotel as well,."

"My daughter and I arrived here for one night and found our stay very comfortable and luxurious, although it was only a brief visit. The room was a great size and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately we were unable to add an additional guest for dinner that evening, who was also staying in the resort so instead we chose to cancel dinner and eat out all together. Similarly we were also unable try the food at breakfast as we arrived just before 9am, but were too late so please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to go. I would have liked a longer time there to try the food and also the Onsen as the hotel was lovely."
