As expected of a Ritz-Carlton, the service is meticulous, considerate and warm. The lobby is very unique and the food is delicious. The room is quite big, and it’s very comfortable to lie on the window sill and look at the snowy scenery outside!

Great luxurious ski resort. Excellent service as expected from Ritz. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast and dinner provided were great as well. The outdoor onsen was amazing, coupled with the falling snow making it even more magical.

There is only one bus to the city and very little time. And the bus also stops at the door. You have to walk on your own. The room really only feels like a 4 star. It's so expensive, it's really better to live in Hirafu or Park Hyatt. And the important thing is that there are two restaurants over there. I had western food which was not very tasty and not cheap. I had very low expectations. I thought it wouldn't be that bad in a star-rated hotel, but it was really not good. It's really not as good as ramen.

Very beautiful scenery outside the hotel! The room design is also very tasteful! Satisfied with the service! It has its own ski trail, so skiing is very convenient! It is recommended that timely Chinese services be provided to customers who are not good at English. The transportation is not convenient. It would be best if the airport bus and resort shuttle bus could go directly to the hotel. I hope the hotel can accept transportation suggestions!
