不愧是麗思卡爾頓，服務細緻、貼心又温暖。大堂很有特色，餐食也很美味。房間挺大的，趴在窗台看着外面的雪景真是很愜意呢！

Great luxurious ski resort. Excellent service as expected from Ritz. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast and dinner provided were great as well. The outdoor onsen was amazing, coupled with the falling snow making it even more magical.

衹有一個巴士去市區 時間很少。而且大巴還不停門口。要自己走路 房間真的衹覺得是4星。賣的這麼貴 確實還不如住hirafu或者柏悦。然後重點是那邊有兩個餐廳。吃了西餐 非常不好吃 而且也不便宜。本來已經下了很低的期望 想説星級酒店應該也不會難吃到哪裡，但是真的不好吃，還真的不如吃拉麪。

酒店外的非常美麗的風景！房間設計也十分有品位！服務滿意！有自己的雪道，滑雪非常方便！建議對於英文不好的客户可以提供及時的中文服務。交通不便利，如果機場大巴和度假村的班車可以直達酒店是最好的。希望酒店可以接受交通出行的建議！
