Ski in / out hotel , ski rental and convenient shop is around . Good if you like skiing .

1. Ski in Ski out . Amazing Hotel . You got your own locker without charge to store your Ski equipment. 2. By walking distance got 1 restaurant (quite costly) to serve you but Hotel itself restaurant always full and pack need to long wait. 3. Need to pre-book Taxi to pick up you from HR to Hotel. If not will facing problem to reach Hotel. 4. Hotel room is clean and nice and big enough for 2 Adult and 2 Kids (10 and 11 year old) 5. With Onsen with Self Coin Laundry Service. 6. I like the most for this hotel is the heater is all around the hotel so you won't get cold. 7. Front Desk Staff is helpful and also provide a lot information how to leave the hotel and go to Otaru or Sapporo or Airport. 8. Any expenses even the Skylift Pass...Course Fee...Convenience Store... or meal all can go to room. So not need carry any card or cash with you.

The view is good. The food is good. It is of good value.

It is a dated hotel that has not upkept their facilities. The service is cordial but can be better. Onsen was good. Location is just next to ski resort - perfect for people who love to ski.

The location is very good, right next to the ski resort. There is a bus from Sapporo that goes directly to the hotel entrance, and the journey takes about 3 and a half hours. Most of the waiters are friendly, except for the waiter in the lounge on the first floor. There are not many restaurants in the hotel during the off-season, and there are buffets and a la carte. The restaurant has a view of the ski resort. The hotel also provides hot springs and saunas. The only drawback is that the hotel does not have a gym.

2nd floor on the south side, the view is outstanding and the bed is incredibly hard. I slept well. Nice bath and on the slopes You can leave the hotel. Restaurant buffet too Is delicious.

I chose this hotel when I came to Niseko to ski again. All aspects exceeded my expectations. It is very convenient to ski in and out. The food is very delicious. The steak I ate for 5 consecutive days was very good. The environment is elegant, the sleep is very quiet, the room is of moderate size, and I can take a hot spring bath every day to wash away the fatigue of skiing every day. The service staff can almost meet all requirements, converters are provided, etc. The waiters at the front desk speak good English and communicate very smoothly. Each room has a locker for snowboards, which is very convenient. The transportation bus goes directly to the door... In short, I am very satisfied and it will continue to be my first choice hotel next time I come to ski.

Super satisfied with the Ski In Out hotel! The hotel has a great location, with direct access to the ski slopes from the Ski Locker Room! The hotel facilities, room cleaning, catering and staff are all very good. I have no complaints. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Niseko in the future!
