While the hotel has some dated facilities it has a wide variety of attractions and a great breakfast to start the day.

Convenient transportation and many choices. Free bus to Hirafu.
There is plenty of hot water and the room is clean.
The people at the ski rental area were not very friendly.
You can ask the front desk for cable car tickets for hotel guests to go to the Hilton.
The room size is okay. Can spread out 2 large suitcases + snowboard bag.
The bar is also nice.
The snow is so bad this year, it’s a bit of a scam (the whole of Niseko)
A self-service inquiry facility for points cable cars should be added.

The room has a very good view. There are few breakfast options, the onsen is good, there are few people, it's comfortable, but the rooms are not cleaned every day that we stay for 3 days or more until they are cleaned. There is a free shuttle as well.

One thing I have to complain about is that the quality and variety of the buffet dinner in the restaurant were extremely poor. My family and I spent 4,800 yen each. We ate one plate and left in a hurry. We didn’t want to waste time and quota on such poor food. The breakfast was also poor. It's not much better. What I want to praise is the waiter in the lobby and the bar. They are very proactive in assisting.

The room is a bit small and old, but the hygiene is OK and the view outside the window is beautiful. There are not many dining options in this hotel. But you can take the free cable car to a food street behind the Hilton next door with some shops. You can book a bus in advance from New Chitose Airport to and from your hotel. The ski resort is cool.

As we are taking ski lessons for the first time, we chose this hotel because of its easy accessibility to ski slopes, rental hire and lessons.
Its not near to Hirafu centre, where many cafe and restaurants are located, although there is a free shuttle bus. The hotel is very dated with very small room and tiny bathroom. Feels more like a hostel. Rooms are cleaned only every 3 days. The plus was we got a room with amazing slope view. Reception staff are not helpful nor friendly. I will not recommend this hotel.
