The hotel is in a great location, very close to the Bear Ranch and Hell Valley. The room is not big, the hot spring is very comfortable but not big. The overall experience is good, breakfast and dinner are also good

It is antique and has a traditional taste, and the meals for one stay and two meals are very satisfying. Especially on the hot spring street, it is very convenient to get to the scenic spots. The only inconvenience is that it is far away from the bus station, and you have to drag your luggage a certain distance.

I was satisfied with the friendly staff, clean facilities, and delicious food. This is a place I want to stay again the next time I visit Noboribetsu.

The room is quite big, we booked a twin room, the tatami room has two Western-style beds, and the bed is quite big. The hot spring is not big, but it is a natural spring with plenty of sulfur. After all, it is in Noboribetsu, next to the hot spring outlet. The location of the hotel is good, just a few minutes walk to the bus stop of Noboribetsu Onsen, opposite to 7-11 and drug store. Walk up the mountain for a few minutes to Hell Valley. You can go up the mountain or go down to see the Iron Spring. The breakfast and dinner are also good, but I personally feel that there are some shortcomings. It may be that Noboribetsu is too commercialized, and the hot spring hotel here feels a bit like an assembly line. It's not even as sincere as the hotel front desk in Tokyo. The warm smile seems to be very stereotyped, so it's hard to say.

All the staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. It was an accommodation with no major regrets at a reasonable price. Willing to stay again next time.
