Hotels near Marne La Vallee Railway Station, Noisy-le-Grand

First of all, I want to thank Safia from the reception, who was very efficient and helped me in solving a problem I had! I stayed in this hotel for one month, in may 2022. The room was very comfortable, the bed large and soft, the bathroom always clean. Breakfast simple, but good and fresh. If you go by car, the parking is large. Going to Paris centre took me few minutes, because the RER A (chatelet-les halles, auber) is 10 minutes from the hotel (5 if you take a bus).

The hotel is great. The location is perfect, everything was spotless, shower was great and staff were very very nice. It's a budget hotel, with tiny rooms, but for such a great location in Paris, it is unbeatable. You can pay 2-3 times more for mouldy damp, rooms in shady neighbourhoods. It is right next to a RER station with trains every few minutes to Disneyland (about 20 minutes) but also to Vincennes and the Arc de Triomphe. It is also next to a supermarket - Super U, a park, an ATM, a pharmacy and several shops.

For a 2 star hotel this is excellent. Located just a couple of minutes from the RER station and travelling as a solo female in a wheelchair I never felt uncomfortable about the area. Hotel was clean, lift big enough, loved that accessible room could easily be booked online, breakfast excellent value and decent choices for the price. Room was big enough to move around in wheelchair, plug by the bed is always good, large wet room bathroom met my needs. Bins emptied, bed made and towels replaced if needed daily. Could hear trains a little but not bad and they do stop between midnight and 6am ish.

This hotel is DISGUSTING. I would not recommend it unless you are a chain smoker and happy to sleep in a filthy ashtray. We had a great trip around France, stayed in some lovely places, met wonderful people and sadly our last place fell through at the last minute leaving us driving around looking for somewhere to stay. We arrived at the “hotel” and the reception staff on duty said it was cheaper to book online- so we stood in front of them stood and booked on our phone. In good faith and with an exhausted family we walked up to the two rooms with our belongings and into a hazey room with a stench of stale fags. All of us stood there initially in shock. The room looked like an old prison cell. The beds were dirty and child’s bed not made, in a manly plastic bag and dirty. The stench of the room hit as we opened the door. I literally burst into tears. After a bad day this was the straw that broke the camels back! We checked out both rooms- they were both absolutely rancid in smell - and so we collected our belongings and left immediately. My children’s health is important to me. We don’t smoke and so I would not put them into a room with a foul stench of cigarettes. I certainly would not let them sleep in a room which was that bad: it would be like sleeping in a old fashioned night club during the 90s! We went back to reception and two men working there said we could change rooms. I explained it was a non smoking room but stank and the man working on reception said that many of their guests don’t respect the rules and smoke in the rooms so all the rooms are the same. I explained we were looking for a non smoking room which the hotel advertises- I pointed to the signs around reception showing non smoking!!! and if they couldn’t give us a non smoke too then they needed to refund. I asked for my money back as we had barely been in the room and was told they would refund three nights but not that night because it was non refundable. We had been in the hotel a few minutes! We booked in good faith expecting a clean room- not a hovel. The rooms were not fit for purpose. They stank. Literally stank. Mysteriously two days later the “management” contacted us to say that their staff had checked the rooms and they did not have an odour. I can only imagine that the staff had completely lost all memory an entire conversation with my family, in front of other guests when they ADMITTED that all the rooms stank! I can only imagine that they had a miraculous change of mind ….. Hmm I wonder why! (Unless staff were heavy smokers and nose blind!) Clearly all staff we saw that evening were fully aware that most guests (his words) ignore the rules and smoke in the rooms then they have a duty to enforce the rule or refund honest guests money so they can move on to a clean room. As an 11 year old in 2019, i went that year in April to Disneyland Paris but my family stayed in this hotel the night before. This hotel was fairly good, nice beds, room for everyone, good views, and a nice restaurant/cafe in the lobby area. Now i have to say it definitely wasn't the best hotel i have ever stayed in but the prices are cheap, and was a good lead up to the Disney trip. Customer service wasn't bad at all, but overall the hotel could do with some improvements. Now in 2022 as an almost 14 year old, i will be staying at the same hotel in the way i did last time (the night before the trip) on the 29th on May, and we may be staying after our Disney trip too for an extra day in Paris on the 1st of June night. Fingers crossed it will be as nice as it was 3 years ago!! :)

We stayed for 5 days for Disney purposes. It was convenient location because we could go to the Louvre without transfer. I went out in a fairly cautious state because I only checked out the information of the sli, but the surrounding area of the hotel was also a woman walking alone and it was an atmosphere without problem. It is just from the exit of Tolstoy ２ and it is just to the hotel. The front desk staff is very helpful. I couldn't check in early, so I changed my clothes in the hotel toilet on the arrival day and went out to Paris city. I took it because I saw the word of mouth that the hair dryer was a paid loan, but there was a hair dryer in the room. There are many places in the room to insert the outlet. In Japan, it was like a Dommy Inn. Large suitcases can be opened in full if they are near the entrance. Breakfast is the same every day, and various kinds of bread, ham, boiled *, cheese, yogurt, cereal, etc., fruits were not cut, so I didn't know if it was decorated or not. There is no vegetables. Some other people were eating alone, so I was not awkward even for a woman traveling alone. There are tourists from Asia, so it doesn't come up strange. It is a hotel that I would like to recommend to Disney Paris for the 30th anniversary from Japan because it is close to the airport.
