Accueille les clients alors qu'il effectue de gros travaux, ça sent les eaux usées. Bon repas le soir mais service déplorable : les serveurs déposent les bouteilles de Prosecco sur les tables sans les ouvrir, un seul verre pour le vin et l'eau, tout cela n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Quant à la chambre, elle n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles non plus : tout est vieillissant et étant seule, j'avais un petit lit. Pour couronner le tout, l'ascenseur était en panne.

Ho pernottato presso la struttura per lavoro per una settimana. All'arrivo c'è stato un problema con la tipologia e posizione della stanza a me allocata e stavo andando via in cerca di un altra struttura. Il concierge, Vincenzo, ha provveduto a trovare una soluzione alternativa offrendomi una stanza migliore rispetto a quanto prenotato per soddisfare la mia richiesta affinché continuassi il mio pernottamento li. La gentilezza e disponibilità con la quale si è comportato ha fatto la differenza.

Abbiamo festeggiato in quest’hotel la nostra promessa di matrimonio e possiamo dire che è andato tutto a gonfie vele! Sono stato in questa struttura il giorno di pasqua 31/03/24 con coppia di amici,non ho parole ttt impeccabile a partire dalla preparazione della sala grazie al maitre Giuliano Ruotolo al menu, 100 e poco....staff sempre disponibile e qualificato cibo di alto livello perfino il menu dei piccini.....ci ritornerei altre 1000 volte!1 grazie in particolare va al maitre Giuliano Ruotolo e a ttt lo staff dell hotel i gigli .....buona pasqua....

Sono rimasto davvero colpito dal ristorante. L'a**osfera è accogliente e il personale è estremamente cordiale e disponibile e la cucina all’altezza delle aspettative. L'ambiente è elegante ma non formale. È stata un'esperienza culinaria straordinaria che non vedo l'ora di ripetere.
