Stayed here for a night to break up the long drive from Bangkok to Khao Kho, everything was good (ie decent studio apartment with a small kitchenette, reception service was really nice despite arriving only after 8pm, decent breakfast included) The only issue we had was the bed was a total wood (it felt as if we were sleeping on a wooden plank), if you are not used to sleeping on really hard beds, our backs did felt sore the next morning.

The hotel kind of shows its age somewhat. The furniture and facilities in the room are quite dated. Still, the room was ok and the staff was great. Breakfast is one choice only, rice and beef soup. It was tasty though. Cons, the aircon sounded like it's about to die, some of the electric outlets in the room didn't work and there was no kettle. It is a very cheap hotel though, so all up still good value for money.

Overall, I like the most is the location and cleanliness. But the shower in the bathroom is not ok at all. Housekeeper should check and should change it. Because it breaks, the water spreads while opening it. In terms of drinking water The hotel should serve cold water. Or have a small refrigerator In the room, accept For water The service hotel is a paper glass. Acceptable in a situation that needs to be considered cleanliness / disposable.

The room was clean and the breakfast was not bad. There is a large venue inside, parking is convenient, there are leisure tables and chairs, and there is a swimming pool. It is more convenient to have a car.

This hotel seemed quite popular with golfers, as we saw several checking in while we were there. It is conveniently located with a shopping mall across the street, and a small food night market down the road. Accessing both requires crossing the road using one of the above-road pedestrian walkways.

First, the location is not in Google Maps. Following the freeway of the Hotel Homepage you make a 15 km away and then land 3 km away from the hotel. The hotel is located at the end of a small street and in the surroundings is nothing. A hotel Golf Ar brings one to the nearest restaurant (2.5km), but does not take one again. After a nice check-in, here nobody speaks English, we went to the room. It smells abominably acidously in the room, the beds of the previous residents were just smoothly removed, the change of bed linen in new guests is not known. The bathroom was full of hair, the floor was smooth. This room was apparently not cleaned. complained at the reception. There was only another room free. We looked at it and were shocked. The same smell, just as smoother. A called puzzle woman should quickly air, fee and re-recover the room. Should, but didn't want. On my check-in process ( at 14.00), I have been told that my 2-booked rooms are not ready to stay so I went outside for city tour until 17.00. What happened when I came back, I had still to wait for room cleaning, but I give pressure to receptionist to find one room first for my mom to relax then I got one room. Until 18.15 I come back again to receptionist to ask for another room, you know what answer I got is that the receptionist STII. DO. NOT. KNOW. WHEN. I. CAN. GET ANOTHER ROOM. BY now as to hotel like centara chain that has managed a lot of hotels nationwide, such a situation can be handled and solved easily in more professional skill. So I phoned to hotel and talked to front office manager and informed of my story, the manager just say same. SORRY, but I do not want this word , I need the manager to clear my long-story problem, so the manager ask for 5 minutes to look into my problem. After that I have finally got room at 18.45. What doubt me a lot, if hotel do not have good management team to serve guest during festival period, why you open hotel in this period. Hotel should know well that new year is yearly big festival so you should have well-organized management with skillful staffs, not staffs that can say only S O R R Y, but cannot do anything like answering machines. What make me big disappointed is that I have never wait for one room for so so long time like this time, it should not ever happen to over-standard hotel chain like. CENTARA.
