Beautiful setting for relaxation and team building and sea sports. U can watch beautiful sunset and sunrise. Room is spacious.

Good service and friendly staff in Turi beach.
They did a simple decoration for my boyfriend's birthday (need to request in advance).
The food is nice and we have a free breakfast there.
The environment is also good but just the mosquitoes are annoying at night.
The location is not so convenient as it is far away from the town area and the sad case is we cannot play the parasailing as the weather is not so good and the ATV is quite expensive if compared to other places.

I couldn't go because of passport and time reasons, so I communicated the situation with the customer service in advance and asked for negotiation. In the end, the hotel's attitude was very strong and they said they would not refund or negotiate! Then I'm very curious. Why did you deduct my fee for one day and I tolerated it but didn't refund it the next day? Just because you are overseas, you can do whatever you want? Also, I am just an overseas student. I saved up my living expenses to book a hotel reservation. I wanted to give my girlfriend a surprise, but the hotel was so ruthless. It was really sad. Am I spending money to buy pain? Why is your hotel so ruthless? ? ? ? ? Also, I didn’t consume anything from your hotel. I didn’t even go there, so how could I spend it?

Honestly been to Turi few time over the last 20 years but today is the first time after Covid. Turi has run down a lot and lots of facilities are not open. Kids club became storeroom , the mini mart is close everytime we want to go. Cleanliness is good, staff are helpful and service is good. I would say it’s the Covid that affect whole of batam cos even mega mall and Nagoya hill shop seems like a dead town. Hopefully they can recover back to before Covid. Thanks for the extra special decorations appreciate Turi beach and their staff. They are still excellent.

The services were good but the room is very old and kind of dirty. My sister encountered bed bugs. Her whole body was in red and full with rashes. During at night no power supply several times.
