Wij boekten een vuurwerkvrij park van 27 dec. t/m 3 jan 2024 omdat wij bange hondjes hebben. Tegen de omgevings geluiden konden ze wel, maar op oudjaarsavond waren er ineens om 22.00 uur zulke harde knallen (leek bij de voordeur) dat de hondjes in alle staten waren van angst. Het noodnummer gebeld die vroeg waar het was (of ik daar tijd voor had op dat moment), klacht ingediend, maar volgens hun was het aan de doorgaande weg. Op onze vraag waarom ze ons een huisje hadden gegeven dichtbij die weg, kregen wij geen antwoord! Geen enkele handreiking, wat een spijt hadden we hiervan! Wij boekten bij Dogsincluded, kregen bericht over Belvilla en Europarcs, wel meer dan 15 mails voordat we kwamen. We zijn een dag eerder vertrokken, weer ons verhaal gedaan en sleutel ingeleverd, volgende dag belden ze weer voor de sleutel. Nee, de parken van Europarcs zijn voor ons nu taboe!!!

Check in at 5pm - check out at 10 am. You have to make your beds. Not enough hot water for 5 people if you want to take a shower. You have to clean the house when checking out otherwise they steal money from the initial deposit. In a nutshell robbery

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Excellent accueil, le parc est très bien entretenu. L'hébergement était parfait : spacieux, très lumineux et extrêmement bien équipé.

L'hébergement est tout à fait fonctionnel pour 6 personnes. Bien équipé. Set de nettoyage pour les 1ers jours très pratique. Petits cadeaux Rituals appréciés et spécialité offerte, petit plus. Un confort suffisant pour un sejour en famille. Le personnel est accueillant. Parfait.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Excellent accueil, le parc est très bien entretenu. L'hébergement était parfait : spacieux, très lumineux et extrêmement bien équipé. Nous sommes venus au mois d'avril, les champs de tulipes étaient magnifiques, Les jardins de Keukenhof sont tout proches. C'était super !

Le chalet était très bien, spacieux et le parc très bien , beaucoup d’espace et très calme, bien situé ! Le seul b-mol, l’état de la douche, des moisissures ça ne fait pas propre!

Onze aankomst was goed voorbereid waardoor we een snelle incheck hadden. We kregen een tasje spullen mee, die je zelf bijna altijd vergeet om mee te nemen, geweldig dat ze dat doen. Het huisje was hartstikke mooi. Het eten in het restaurant was heerlijk.

Le logement est confortable et bien équipé,la localisation est parfaite pour découvrir la hollande méridionale et pour les amoureux de la nature (calme , qualité d'air excellente étant entre champs forêt et mer ....)
Pour les enfants c'etaient pas top car ils s'ennuyaient rapidement,peu d'activités à faire, la piscine intérieure est petite (à réserver pr 1h par jour) et le parc intérieur n'ouvre que l'aprés midi et obliger de passer par le pub pour l'atteindre
