Residence Inn Atlanta Norcross/Peachtree Corners

I don't know that I would give this place another chance again. Marriott didn't even send me a request for a review after this stay and it may have been on purpose. The reviews elsewhere tell a better depiction of this location. I had the two bedroom because having a room with adult women requires more than one bathroom however the showers were horrible and we are glad we didn't fall through the floor. The upstairs room may have had a leak because the ceiling had a huge crack and waterspots. The stove and microwave needed cleaning and possible repairs. There was a huge sticky spot on the floor of one of the bedrooms. My pics aren't the best. I don't understand why this location requires paid parking when there is no security and is not a high traffic area. The front desk associate was nice and the area is quiet (even on a weekend) since its away from everything.

Great suite experience for the money.

I have no complaints except that our door was EXTREMELY squeaky and unfortunately scared our cat every time it was open or shut. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Great area right near Koreatown.

When I arrived, I was directed to the wrong building. Then when I went to the correct building, my appeared to have been used. The bed had imprints on it and a hand towel was on the counter in the bathroom along with an open bar of soap and its wrapper. I was given another room and the desk clerk brought me the key. Breakfast was late one morning, and another morning it took 40 minutes to replenish one of the items. Overall, it wasn't great, but the room was good enough.

The hotel is clean, just a bit run down. The toilet did not flush properly. I had to hold the handle. The hair dryer did not work. The carpets are old and dusty. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I did not eat Breakfast every day, however, when I did eat there was a full breakfast available. I like Marriott, however, this bed was not as comfortable as most of the Marriott Hotels that I have stayed at.

I gave this hotel a try even though it was further from office plus I was there for 2 weeks and wanted something homely. Never again will I stay at this property. Maid service took 4 days to get my room clean, mentioned mold in the bathroom trimming nothing done. Internet was a problem and Netflix’s was out most of the second week. They screwed up my dry cleaning and was out of bottled water 2 nights. I asked to speak to the manager which I was told she would call me…P.S. never heard from her the whole time. I should have checked out after the 1st 2 days but the staff was great especially Olympia in the breakfast area so I hung in there. Lastly the GM said through the front desk personnel that she would be giving me some Marriott points never seen those. I will say this for being a lifetime Titanium member and spending over 49 years in Marriott properties this place was one of the worst to say the least. Never again !!!!
