"This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. My experience started off terribly at check-in. The front desk employee who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional. I believe her name was Shaian Robinson, although I am not completely certain about the last name. Her attitude was completely unacceptable and made the check-in process extremely unpleasant. The level of customer service was honestly worse than what I would expect from a one-star motel. The condition of the room was just as disappointing. There was absolutely no soundproofing, the water pressure in the bathroom was extremely weak, and the bathtub drain barely worked, making it extremely difficult and uncomfortable to take a shower. What was even more unacceptable was the housekeeping situation. The official check-out time was 12:00 PM, yet housekeeping started knocking on my door and actually opened the door and entered the room without my permission at around 10:00 AM. I was still a paying guest and had two full hours remaining before check-out. Having someone enter my room without permission while I was still staying there was extremely disturbing and completely unacceptable. On top of all of this, the cleanliness of the room was absolutely appalling. The room was disgustingly dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned or maintained. I have stayed at many hotels, but this was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. This was my first time using Trip.com, and unfortunately, this experience has completely ruined my impression of both the hotel and the platform. After an experience like this, I have absolutely no desire to use Trip.com again. I sincerely hope this complaint is taken seriously. The staff’s attitude, the lack of basic room maintenance, the unacceptable cleanliness, and the violation of my privacy are all completely unacceptable for a hotel charging guests to stay here"
