They have a beautiful place, which has gone to seed. Rats in toilets, inside toilet seat, things(plastic containers) kept are all nibbled and eaten into, rooms smell of pesticides and difficult to breathe, not a good experience.

Spent a good week with family @ the resort, location was exceptional, very peaceful and serene, did have lots of snaps at the titanic view point, spent fun time @ the resort's beach, though may be due to the season and time i. E. End of the monsoon season, used to have high tides at beach which also added to the not so clear water at the beach. There were mostly families who had come to spend some quality time just like our family, food was good though didn't try much and stuck to our own choices, did try prawns vindaloo and bebinca which were good, chicken xacuti-didn't like much. Amenities were good, my request for an extra bed was honored, thankful for that, be it room service, housekeeping everything was good, spent good time in the swimming pool with kids. Services were excellent, resort was helpful in arrangement of vehicle for trip and pick and drop to airport particularly when the family group is a big one of 14 members. Overall the stay was superb, each one enjoyed their stay and had an amazing week. Hope to be visit again in near future. A big thanks to mmt, wish and hope for ***y more trips with you.

I stayed there for 1 day. The food order to room was always late. I had to call 5-6 times before the restaurant would pick up the call. The receptionist told the restaurant would call back but useless. The tables were uncleaned. The roof outside my room door was leaking water. I complained but they were least bothered. The tv wasn't working, even after complaint. I was outside for a conference and my friend checked out. I was wearing formals i wanted to change so i requested them several times to give me a room to change for just 10 mints, they told me to go to their smallrestroom and change there. The floor was all wet and i could hardly change there. I requested again they plainly refused. Highly unprofessional staff, they don't give a damn about customer satisfaction.

Rooms and facilities are not clean or tidy though the hotel is expensive. Food is very average. Stray dogs at beach and the property make it even worse. When i was jogging in the beach, bunch of dogs chased me. Not value for money. Sorry.

This hotel is located in a truly wonderful location. The property is right on the beach with ample greenery around. Sea facing rooms offer a spectacular view and are definitely recommended. Rooms are relatively small, but hey, the outer view is why you are here. Restaurant is close to the beach and offers good food options. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 20 minutes from panjim. The approach road is a bit narrow. Overall a wonderful stay and would love to revisit this property
