"It was a comfortable stay. It is far from anything with only 2 restaurants to choose from. There is a small swimming pool to relax in on the roof. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sufficient but a little hit and miss."

"The hotel is exactly as shown in the photos. The room is cozy. There are no bathrobes, but slippers are provided. The breakfasts are good: they make scrambled eggs, an omelet with cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, and herbs of your choice, two types of yogurt, muesli, 1 type of sausage, 2 types of sausage, 3 types of cheese, guava juice, strawberry smoothies, tomato juice, coffee from a coffee machine, tea, masala tea, delicious pastries, national dishes, Viennese waffles with different toppings and sprinkles, fruits: papaya, watermelon, melon, vegetables, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc. There were problems with the Wi-Fi, but I'm not sure if the problem is with the hotel. The pool is cool, but refreshing in the heat. There were always enough sun loungers. There is a bar in the pool area where you can order drinks. There is also a restaurant next to the pool area, the prices are not cheap, but the dishes are interesting, they make pizza."

Great option for desserts, combination of western and indian too. Yummy live counters of pasta and dim sims. My favorite was dry kebabs and chicken grill, also hummus. We were helped throughout by SANJU, sweet girl who helped us throughout. Very good experience."

"The Yellow Cave is great. This accommodation is located close to Calangut Beach, and I was satisfied with both the facilities and the service. I booked 4 nights and extended my stay by 1 night through Trip.com. They came to check on us every day to clean the room, and brought us water or toilet paper immediately upon request. Although the breakfast menu didn't have many options, everything tasted good and was clean. If you requested omelets, bacon, sausages, or coffee, they would cook them for you. I would like to thank Mr. Azhar, who greeted us warmly at every breakfast and took care of our meals. He helped us to dine comfortably. I would also like to thank Team Leader Rakesh, who helped us with our next leg of the journey when we checked out. Thanks to his kindness, we were able to reach our destination without any trouble. If I come back to Goa, I will choose Bloom Hotel Calangut without hesitation."

"Hotel isnt a customer friendly hotel. After indigo flight cancellations debacle, they only gave credit for 3 months. After speaking with front desk manager they said, we have already received your money. You can do what ever you want. They said our policies are more important than a situation beyond human control. We were forced to come there after a week. Checkin process very poor. We booked garden suite. Room condition extremely poor. Hot water only comes for a minute. They have geezer. Ac remote wasn't working. We had infant with us. No proper care taken. Lot of mosquitoes inside the room. Breakfast was unhygienic. Flies and mosquitoes all around. Extremely limited options to eat. Food was cold. Stortage of staff. Unable to manage customers. Dont go by their photos and videos kept on Instagram or any other third party website. Completely a different picture when you see the same in person. Overall a pathetic experience. There are many near by properties such as Riva, mayfair, goa beach resort."
