We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.Rooms are specious clean and well decorated.Artisticaly decorated lobbys and landings dining room on ground floor with small swiming pool.Specially the food is mind boggling very tasty.Typical Goan fish starters served by cheff.I strongly recommend this hotel.Thanks to pawan and his team.

Mr. Sagar is very rude and don’t know how to speak to a guest. I was staying here from last 3 days and I was in goa for business trip to I leave the hotel in morning around 7:30 Am and return back around 10-11 PM daily and from last 2 days hotel staff is not cleaning the room. They also don’t have the key of room 306 in which I was staying. I have to call hotel staff daily to open my room. When at Night I told them to clean my room they denied to clean the room and started shouting that if you want to stay then stay otherwise you can leave the hotel. I was requesting them to provide breakfast at 7 in the morning then didn’t accepted that request also. Mr. Sagar who is saying me that he is the owner of the hotel and he has all the right whatever he want to do. If you don’t like you can check out.

Hey we are staying here from last 2 months but the service of the hotel is very poor and we are staying here from last 2 months but if you requested for something they are deny it's the ***ner of the staff and i want to specially the name of the person ismaile from f&b is very rude with the guest and making the staying of the guest is horrible. But he is really annoyed rest staff is good.

What to say about this little property! Stayed there with my friend for 2 nights and absolutely enjoyed everything. Though I have stayed in bigger properties in Goa but these guys are absolutely courteous and welcoming. They have all the basic amenities right from smooth check in to hot water, buffet breakfast and every room has a small balcony to relax in the evenings. Rooms are quiet neat and clean with TV etc. location is also fantastic away from hustle and bustle of the town. Would love to stay here any no of times.
