Worst stay ever! There was a hole in the wall missing a lamp, brown mystery stains on sheets, filthy bathub, leaky ceiling, bugs crawling out of drains mid shower, and the toilet didn't flush! I had to fill a trashcan with water to get it to work! I attempted to get another room promptly after noticing, but I was told they didn't have anything available. Luckily, I brought my own blanket to sleep with that night. The next day I was switched to another room. While this room was bounds better, the cleaning still lacked depth. The toilet was stained with fecal matter and the bathtub was blackened. Let me add that the sink wouldn't drain! I also had to get a refund for late checkout because members aren't supposed to be charged! Avoid this place. It's gilded to be a newer location, but it feels like the slums. Never will I ever!

Room had issues which included the shower, toilet, and temperature control defective. Also front desk staff were courteous but didn’t have any supplies for example razors and extra shampoos. It was a good average room but lacked some love

Room walls were paper thin. Light fixtures were broken and hanging in place. Bathroom ceiling light didn’t have a cover and the shower was filthy. There was also what appeared to be blood smeared on the light switch in the bathroom.

We stayed for 2 nights. Upon arrival , the lobby looked and smelled clean and updated. Checked in, the room is small and smells musty, old and outdated. The air conditioning unit had a french fry in it and blows directly to the bed closest to it so if you want a cold room, the person laying in that bed will freeze. The table felt sticky. The shower/tub is old and didn’t drain! So by the time we were done showering, water would be to your ankles. The water pressure was weak unless you changed the shower head to the “beat you up” setting. You can definitely tell this hotel is lacking cleaning! The best part of the room was the bathroom mirror! Breakfast was basic. Hot breakfast included eggs and sausage links. Also, not a single ice machine had ice!! 5 floors and no ice!

So one of our rooms the tv didn't work the next room the ac was out the 3rd room was dirty at this point I'm looking for a discount so now they give us a room on a whole different floor it's exactly the same room these people told the travel agent they gave us a better room I told her it's the same room witch it was I was then told it's a better room because the ac works lol if your looking to get your money back They will not give you a refund nor will they give u a discount you will be stuck here and no one wants to Stay in a place that's already upset them And check your bathroom before hand it's probably black mold in it

Average hotel for decent price. Bathtub was slanted on each side - like a boat keel so I almost slipped and went down in the shower. Hot tub was hot but jets didn’t work. Decent stay for decent price. Nice trail to run on right off the parking lot and mall/theater across the street.
