We just spent a few days at the Forest of Arden Marriott Hotel in Coventry England. Michele and I were absolutely delighted and impressed with the level of hospitality and customer service that I felt compelled to write about our experience . From the moment we arrived and throughout our stay , we were provided with the most amazing service and had a wonderful experience with the beverage manager, Franklin, our waitress, Gowri, and our beverage controller, Aslam. Upon arrival I had major reservations about what I had booked. The photos on the booking site were nothing like what I was seeing. The car park was nealry rubble and the surrounding grounds were poorly kept. Reception was quite grand in appearance but that's the only good point this hotel has going for it. For the size of the place there is hardly any staff. The room I had booked wasn't available now so given another. Waking down the hallway I could see the carpet littered in stains, absolutely filthy Room was very dated and the furniture was a collection of random bits, our coffee table was missing a leg and was proped up by a chair. Some old 5 pin plug sockets by the beds for the lamps. Bar area was also tired in appearance although staff were very friendly. The whole place needs a major overhaul.

Breakfast is a typical English breakfast. After eating for four days, I can't stand it anymore. I found Chinese food for half an hour and opened from 17:00 to 23:00. The playground is closed at 5 o'clock, and the organized children who are bright and bright from 6 to 8 o'clock play games together. If the weather is bad, they will change indoors. The castle hotel where Elizabeth I spent his childhood is really beautiful, the environment is beautiful, and the medieval castle hotel itself is classic and beautiful, it is worth visiting. Service is good, breakfast is good, as long as it is not a weekend, the price is super high, it is definitely worth a stay |

Hotel location is good, but no Novotel is close to the airport. Novotel is walking at the door of the airport glass door for a minute. This hotel is to take the airport light rail for three minutes, then get off the train for ten minutes to walk through the exhibition hall. The exhibition hall is about five minutes walk. Remember that the hotel entrance is at the pizza shop. After entering the door, the elevator is on the second floor. It is the lobby, don't go wrong or circle. The breakfast is very suitable for the Chinese stomach, and the variety is very rich. I live here because I want to participate in the cake show every November. The picture is that it is convenient to go to the exhibition hall without going too far, otherwise the mobile phone is tired. Actually, it is also very tired, stop and go all the way. The hotel is actually a Shanghai-like Heshenghui, a big shopping mall. The hotel reception is in the corner of the second floor of the shopping mall. The guest room is inside the corner building built outside the main building. I feel that the floor of the guest room is built instead of cement, but the quality is very good. . There are not many stores in the mall, the British consumption is not high in the country, and there is a little bit of Colombia in the north. It feels high consumption. There are very few other shops. There is a coffee shop costa in the mall. You can buy a sandwich clerk to help you heat up. The huge sandwich is delicious. There is a specialty store in the Swiss Lotus chocolate, and it is more cost-effective to sell chocolate. Finally, the check-out of this hotel is not to check the room, the room card can go directly to the front desk.

We were a family of 3 adults who stayed at Springfield House the night before we flew from Birmingham Airport. On arrival, we were greeted very warmly by the owners James & Hansel. The room was spotless, as was the en-suite. There were several places we could choose to eat at, just down the road, so we were able to walk into the centre of town. We had to leave very early the next morning, but James offered us cereals in the room or a grab & go breakfast. He also arranged for a taxi to collect us at 4.15am. We were able to leave our car for the duration of the holiday - the parking was very secure and there was CCTV which was very reassuring. When we arrived back at Birmingham Airport, James & Hansel brought our car to us so we could make our way straight home. We would highly recommend James, Hansel & Springfield House & will certainly stay again as Birmingham Airport is our preferred departure location.
