The price is relatively cheap. There are many restaurants downstairs to choose from. There is also a Tesco supermarket near the bus station. The room cleaning is generally acceptable, but bottled personal cleaning supplies are not provided.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and well-maintained. Ideal location between the rail station and the city centre. The restaurant offered a suitable selection of dishes for a short stay and the food was cooked and presented with skill.

If you have any dietary requirements, or active taste buds maybe go somewhere else for breakfast. Very noisy pub at the end of the road. Otherwise a fairly pleasant stay.

This was my first experience being away from home in my wheelchair and 5 stars really isn’t enough! Fantastic very large room with the most comfortable bed and wet room with fixed shower chair. The staff are amazing very friendly, kind and helpful - nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and the evening meals are freshly cooked and at only £14 for two courses very good value. As a single female and being paralysed I can not recommend this hotel highly enough. I will be returning

They over book the hotel and were told we were lucky to get the rooms we booked and paid for, as there was only three rooms left(the ones we had booked) and there was another three groups still needing a room.

there was black mould on the ceiling near the window in the room me and my partner stayed in for the night at Travelodge Riverside Central , but apart from that our stay was amazing.
