"This is the third time stayed here. It's a lovely hotel set in amazing grounds. Rooms are nice and the beds are very comfy. Breakfast is huge with loads to choose from or even cooked to order if you want. The fact you can use the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room free of charge with your stay is an added bonus. The hotel is not far from the Park & Ride so easy to get into Norwich. I'm sure I'll be back again!"

"Booked the supreme room. Has own en-suite rather than shared bathroom. Staff gave a polite and friendly welcome through check in. Room looked tidy. Bedding was clean and crisp as were the towels. Bathroom was a little run down with layers of silicone over mouldy silicone and paint peeling off the walls, but water was a good and steady temperature and pipes didn’t sing. Chose to have breakfast out in Norwich as so many places to choose from but the hotel breakfast room looked light and airy. Hotel is based on quite a busy road near the station and just across the river from the main clubbing strip so can be a little loud if you are not a heavy sleeper, especially with the souped up cars and bikes revving up and down. Ideal place if you want to experience the night life of Norwich"

"The historical environment is comfortable and comfortable. The scenery is good. It is especially suitable for business trips. I hope to come back next time. It is a bit cultural and historical in Norwich. It is also very convenient to buy food and beverages around."

Room overall was very good, bed super comfy. room a little hot, but fans were provided. Breakfast was good value, even catered for my gluten intolerance, evening meal was dreadful, but was refunded, not ideal when you have travelled 130 miles. overall not bad for a night , for a family party."

Our room was spacious, super clean, and had one of those little tables where you can sit with a coffee in the morning and just watch the water go by. Total bliss. Staff were lovely—friendly without being too in-your-face. Everyone just seemed to genuinely care that we were having a good time, which made a big difference."

"Had a lovely visit to Norwich. Stayed at the Mercure Hotel Norwich. The receptionist was lovely on arrival, she helped with our luggage as we were on the 1st floor. She sorted our air conditioning unit as it was set too high as it was a hot day. Water ,tea,coffee & biscuits was lovely addition to our room, topped up daily. Fresh towels everyday. Breakfast was well worth the money,such a super selection.We had a lovely stay. A taxi from the hotel to the town was £8 well worth the money if you don't want to go on public transport.We definitely will return."

"The hotel was great. Ideally situated on the edge of Norwich. We used the hotel as a base to explore the surrounding area. It was only a short drive to the cost and many other local attractions. It was also perfect for visiting Norwich town centre. We used the airport park and ride bus to get in and out of the town centre. The park and ride is only a short five minute walk from the hotel and very cheap. The hotel itself was great everything you would expect from a Premier Inn. Plenty of parking friendly staff, good size rooms and a comfortable nights sleep. The food in the attached restaurant was of a good quality and very reasonably priced. The service in the restaurant was excellent. Overall we had a great stay and would not hesitate to stay here again next time we visit this part of Norfolk."

"Whilst the room was beautiful and clean, the service let the place down. Waited fir 15 minutes to book in, found out about a hotel carpark fee when we arrived. Breakfast was slow and gad to call someone over to get a coffee refill. Builing and room were lovely"
