Stayed here as part of a tour. All staff friendly and welcoming and the location was good. The bar was a good place to relax in. Two small ******* that I had was the wardrobe clothes hanger was too high for me and it had tricky fixed coathangers and the breakfast choice for the tour group was not as good as the first night that we booked independently. A good base to see Norwich and the surrounding area. The bus services are excellent and close by.

We had a great overnight stay with good friends. Arrived at the hotel early and che ked then took the 15 minute walk into town. Once we checked into the hotel at 2 pm, we went to our rooms the rooms were tidy and clean. We did not eat in the hotel as we had a meal booked in the city. After our evening out we came back to the hotel for a night cap, I had a wonderful irish coffee, which was mad to perfection. Overall, it was a good stay and we would definitely recommend the hotel to other visitors.

Excellent service and very polite staff. Clean rooms with good ensuit facilities. Food was very good and breakfast well worth paying in advance. Will stay again when needed to in the area.
