The property is in a back street location but only minutes walk from the City. Inside the apar**ent was clean and tidy, but the bathroom needs an update as you can see it has had a leak-bottom of shower tray not attached and under flooring stains.

Amazing place to stay. Spotless, little extras like coffee biscuits etc provided. Bed very comfortable and distance to Norwich city centre is perfect and only a few minutes walk away.. I know some people said it was difficult to find but we had no problem finding it. Also, even though it is on the edge of an estate, we felt very comfortable staying there and as it was a bank holiday, there was no noise at all. Would definitely recommend this place for exploring Norwich and surrounding areas.

Accommodation was fine, some updating in the bathroom wanted. Main thing was the area for me and didn't feel safe. Shame

Great location just a few minutes walk into the centre of Norwich. The apar**ent was clean and well presented with everything we needed and a parking space right outside the building. The only downside is that the instructions and directions for finding the building could have been better…the apar**ents are down a side street off Vauxhall Street, not on it!!

The apar**ent was easy to find, just off the inner ring road, it is a quiet location with little traffic noise. The fittings and furnishings are modern with only a little wear from previous visitors. Flat C which is upstairs has two single beds in a bedroom and a futon settee that acts as a double bed in the lounge/kitchen. The bathroom has a large shower stall. Overall it was clean and comfortable and had good basic kitchen equipment. Would be happy to use again.

Excellent apar**ent and communication. Only one thing that could be improved which is the beds. They are quite uncomfortable. It would also be good if the booking explicitly stated if double or twin as I thought we had a double room.
