Bellissima struttura personale , animazione vera club , tutto a 7 stelle !Siamo tornati ieri sera una vacanza splendida 4 adulti e 2 bambini 3 e 4 anni ! Il mangiare buonissimo non trovavo una cosa che non era buona 🙄😍 Il personale sempre gentile gli ragazzi di vera club idem top top ! Antonio simpaticissimo ci ha fatto morire delle risate,Tania Era sempre con i piccoli baby dance,piscina festa con la pantera blu e tante altre cose carine per i piccoli ♥️Siamo stati veramente benissimo e ci siamo divertiti un sacco, sicuramente prossima vacanza sarà sempre con Vera club ♥️Grazie di tutto!!!

Villaggio ben curato nell’ordine e nella pulizia con personale del bar , delle pulizie e della Spa molto gentile ed accogliente. Altro fiore all’occhiello il ristorante con buoni piatti locali ed internazionali. Grande Nassar che era il re delle crepes al tramonto. Direttore sempre presente e disponibile così come l’animazione e tutto il personale Veratour in primis la cara Manuela ! Uniche pecche: il mare con sabbia scura ed in cui a volte i locali fanno il bagno ai loro Zebu’ e la reception che, con falsa gentilezza, difficilmente risolve i problemi e soprattutto una ragazza che ,in maniera scorretta , ha “dimenticato “ di segnalare un pagamento già’ fatto per una chiave della camera che è’ stata pagata per due volte!

Settimana meravigliosa sotto tutti i punti di vista. Sono stato in questo Villaggio eccezionale, piccolo e confortevole, con un gruppo di amici. Direzione molto attenta alla cura dei clienti ed ai dettagli, scrupolosa e presente. Personale molto simpatico, preparato ed educatissimo, dalla reception al personale del bar e del ristorante. Spettacolare l'aperitivo al bar delle 19.00 e la cucina. Ottimo l'All inclusive. Stanze ampie, tutte con balconcino, sempre perfettamente pulite. Animazione sempre presente e mai invadente. Spiaggia molto bella, peccato per il mare, che per la sabbia vulcanica si presenta molto scuro e poco invitante. Consiglio escursioni per vedere luoghi incantevoli. Ritornerò sicuramente. Un saluto particolare a Matcello, il Direttore, Manuela l'assistente spettacolare di Veratour e a Jennifer dell'animazione. Complimenti a tutti!! Al prossimo anno!!

Siamo partiti per il nostro viaggio di nozze ed è stata una bella meta dove potersi rilassare ma anche partire all’avventura con le tante gite organizzate e godere delle meravigliose persone , luoghi e cultura del Madagascar. Cibo e animazione super, li staff veraclub ha saputo sostenerci e aiutarci in ogni momento, sono rimasti nei nostri cuori!

Hotellet er bra på alle punkter , litt skuffende er att engelsktalende ikke er prioritert , kun italiensk og fransk , sånn som enkle beskrivelser på mat på engelsk hadde vært topp , samme med kveldsshow , vi var på tur 1 dag og såg og snorklet med skilpadder , her skal de ha honnør for å prøve å forklare alt på engelsk , super service og hjelp men Nosy Be er en plass en reiser for å slappe av på resort og dette funket supert , kontrastene på rik fattig er stor men kjekt å ha opplevd , ankomst flyplass så var det spørreskjema for alt mulig og en trodde afrika var kommet litt vekk fra bestikkelser og korrepsjon men på vei hjem så følte en alle fra politi , bagasjegutta , tollere skulle ha det de kalte så fint tips , eg kaller det bestikkelser men utgjør noen få kr for oss fra Europa
Super tur , hjelpsomme og hyggelige personer på hotellet , strand var super

Non si può dire male del villaggio, che è ben curato e organizzato.Avendo smarrito la valigia per tutta la durata della vacanza,lo staff e in particolare Alessio,hanno fatto di tutto per soccorrerci.Il problema purtroppo è la spiaggia.Probabilmente a causa di canali di raccolta delle acque piovane,in quella zona il mare è fangoso come l'estuario del Tevere a Fiumicino.Tutt'altro che il mare turchino che ci si può aspettare.Soluzioni possibili:bypassare la spiaggia e godersi la bella piscina,consigliato per le famiglie con bambini.Altra possibilità sfruttare tute le gite offerte nelle isole vicine che sono meravigliose. Suggerimento ai gestori del villaggio:costruire un pontile come è frequente trovare nel mar rosso fino a raggiungere la barriera corallina.Attrezzare pattini e pedalò per oltrepassare i primi cento metri e fare il bagno in acque pulite.

● il primo impatto con gli assistenti all'aeroporto è stato confortevole e ci ha donato i primi sorrisi; ● l'accoglienza al resort è stata originale ed allegra; ● il primo ingresso in camera ci ha fatto dire: "wow" (non svelo i particolari).La struttura è molto curata in ogni dettaglio; ● Le pulizie giornaliere erano impeccabili; ● lo chef del ristorante non ci ha fatto sentire la mancanza dell' ottimo cibo italiano e di qualche rivisitazione del cibo locale; ● direttore e assistenza Veratour sempre presenti e disponibili; ● animazione molto presente, mai, mai e mai invadente. Molto rispettosa e ci ha fatto vivere un' atmosfera serena e simpatica tutto il viaggio. ● l'unica nota dolente, oltre a qualche dolore di pancia, ....è stata quella di dover salutare gli "amici" animatori... Antonio è capogruppo di uno staff strepitoso, lui stesso si è messo in gioco in tutto e per tutto, esaudendo le nostre richieste tra giochi, canzoni e balli, sostenendo, tra l'altro, i propri collaboratori
