Holiday Beach Hotel
"Surprised and delighted. The hotel, however, was empty. Two out of four days, there was no one else there. Transfer from/to the airport. Gifts upon check-out. Welcome juice upon check-in. Polite. They try to please. That's rare these days. Safe."
Piscine bimoko
Hôtel Villa les Orchidées
"Pros: Spacious room (we had a Big Panoramic Suite with Sea and Garden View) with a large bathroom (shower) and a huge terrace with a stunning view! The room has everything you need (air conditioning, fan, kettle, refrigerator), and the bathroom fixtures are new and in excellent condition. The bed is large. Everything is great. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The hotel staff is very friendly and eager to please. They arrange airport transfers (80,000 local), and you can book excursions (the price is the same as everywhere else). They try to help with any questions. Cons: There's almost no private grounds, only a small but lovely pool with 5-6 sun loungers (always available). It's a 6-minute walk down to the sea, but the sea isn't beautiful; the bottom is muddy, so no one swims. Cons: The breakfast is very poor (pancakes, yogurt, samsa, buns, some fruit, drinks); you have to pay extra for scrambled eggs and omelets (5,600 local). Water is not provided in the room. The toiletries provided are only soap. But the gorgeous view and huge room make up for the downsides :)"

Swisscocobeach
"This was my second stay and it was as good as the first time. Good breakfast, the room is so comfy and the staff are really helpful. The dinner was also lovely and the chocolate mousse is amazing. It was closer to a dive centre and some neighbouring restaurants."
Hotel-Residence Au Sable Blanc
"A majestic site nestled between the lake and the ocean. A large white sand beach on the lake side. Clean bungalows overlooking the beach offer good value for money. A boat shuttle is included, taking you there in 210 minutes from Manambato, located just opposite. We ate at the restaurant under a kiosk on the beach. Tasty dishes at a good price. Very helpful and responsive staff. A must-see!"
Palm Beach Resort & Spa
"This large resort sits on Palm Beach, a beach that combines upscale resort and spa, upscale restaurants, and local vendors selling musical instruments, fabric, ylang ylang, vanillas and souvenirs. The resort offers impeccable dining, snack, and beverage service poolside by chaise lounges, standard tables on the patio, in the bar area, and in open air covered standard tables. Today I ordered a green tea, and the detox beverage made with pomegranate, ginger, and honey. Menus are 6 page sof light colored paper with legible dark letters on a clipboard for easy access. The pool is breathtaking with a great view of the water. Just past the pool, one can rent the thatch cabanas, a variety of water sports equipment and even take some lessons. The main area of the resort is accessible with wide walkways of non-skid surface. natural lighting. Excellent venue for a family or romantic getaway."

Tiki Komba
Tropical Paradise Nosy Be
"Far from the city center. The beach so itself - constantly brings garbage flow. In the bathroom it is long time to repair. The price/quality ratio is clearly overstated, although it was not in the season."
Royal Andilana Resort & Spa
"A wonderful vacation for a family of four. Pool, beach, and top-notch activities. Delicious, varied food. Very nice people. Sylvestre is the best sports animator and a great guy!"
L'Heure Bleue
"Hello, we visited this "resort" in march '26 with in total 3 friends and stayed in a luxury lodge with sea view (room 14). The room was big enough for 3 persons, nothing to complain about that! Everything was very clean and up to date. Towels and shower gel are also present. Please note that there is no air conditioning but instead you have 2 fans at your disposal to get some fresh winds. In March it was very moist and hot, so some nights it could get warm inside the lodge. The rains in the night made it even a little hotter. Food and drinks was very good and more then enough choice. Even some special requests were possible if you asked. Prices all very affordable. The personel was more then OK, once you have a connection with them they will do their absolute best to please everyone. Definitely a recommendation to visit this perfect resort."
Orangea Beach Resort
"Very nice small hotel, right on the beach, away from the hustle and bustle of the city (by tuk tuk about 30 min). Friendly, very nice and helpful staff, very clean rooms, large balcony with a sea view. Fresh and very good food, and young, friendly and smiling people at the pool bar will take care of your good mood with local drinks. If you are looking for a party and animation, this is probably not the hotel for you, but if you value peace, relaxation, rest, then you must choose this hotel."
Villa Sophie Glamour Beach
"A great villa. Grado understands that you're renting from a family. The area itself is nosy—it's certainly not for a family vacation, especially this part. In the evenings, my son and I simply ran through these streets to avoid seeing all the dirt and human bodies. And the villa is very beautiful, truly decent, and comfortable."
Emeraude Lodge
"A really lovely, clean and beautifully situated lodge, nr Andilana beach, that offered us stunning r&r (rest and relaxation) for a week. Photos online are accurate and so we weren't disappointed. Simple but clean and sufficient rooms with a useful bar fridge and very necessary aircon, each room with a beautiful balcony for sunset watching and useful mosquito nets inside. The outside dining and pool area were wonderful. Food was rather basic and the menu repetitive with occasional electricity outages not helping the kitchen's service on occasions, but on the whole we were happy. A real plus was having the owner Vincenzo assist very enthusiastically with the day excursions out to TOTALLY MAGNIFICENT Nosy Komba (with its lemurs!) & Nosy Iranja (with its paradise white sand and turquoise waters). Not cheap (at euro 90pp) but worth it for a bucket list experience. Vincenzo also offers an airport shuttle saving us hassles. Local currency (ariary) can be drawn at the airport ATM on arrival. Have cash on you for the (lovely) market at Nosy Komba. In all - a great week's holiday on a real (non commercialized) Indian Ocean island which we will remember for a long time to come. Tks to Vincenzo and his team for making it extra convenient and enjoyable for us. And AIRLINK - the best way for sure to get there (direct from JoBurg) "
Corail Noir Hotel
"nice gardening clean rooms pleasnt staff, good choise of food in the restaurannt beautiful spot and beach"
Ravintsara Wellness Hotel
"Excellent hotel in a superb setting, surrounded by lush greenery. The bungalows are very comfortable and clean. Thanks to Lanja who went out of her way the day after our arrival to collect our luggage at the airport. A golden employee that every hotel should have."
Coucher de Soleil
"The hotel is centrally located but still very quiet. The view from the breakfast terrace and most of the rooms is very nice (beautiful sunsets). If you are looking for luxury, you are in the wrong place, but the price-performance ratio is more than OK. Unfortunately, we had booked a basic room. It said sea view on the voucher, but unfortunately we didn't have that. The room was rather poorly furnished and not particularly nice. Something urgently needs to be done (perhaps a thorough cleaning). But it was OK for two nights. I was considering just giving it a satisfactory rating, but the location and the price were worth a point more. Perhaps the higher quality rooms are nicer? The breakfast was good and cheap."
Etoile Blanche
Bungalows des Tropiques
"Discovered Nosy Be and Les bungalows des tropiques, for the first time Tatie welcomes you with her smile and puts you at ease immediately The bungalows are very well equipped, with fridge, fan and air conditioning, good bedding, Nothing to say The swimming pool, the bar and the impeccable catering and all the extraordinary and super pleasant staff In short, go there with your eyes closed Brigitte and Christian"
