The hotel environment is great, I like it very much. I originally planned to stay for only two nights, but I liked it so much that I stayed for 3 more nights.

● the first contact with the assistants at the airport was comfortable and gave us our first smiles; ● the welcome at the resort was original and cheerful; ● the first time we entered the room made us say: "wow" (I won't reveal the details). The structure is very well looked after in every detail; ● Daily housekeeping was impeccable; ● the chef of the restaurant did not make us miss the excellent Italian food and some reinterpretations of local food; ● Veratour director and assistance always present and available; ● very present animation, never, never and never intrusive. Very respectful and made us experience a peaceful and friendly a**osphere throughout the trip. ● the only sore point, in addition to some stomach pain, ....was having to say goodbye to the "friends" who were animators... Antonio is the group leader of an amazing staff, he himself put himself on the line in everything and for everything, fulfilling our requests between games, songs and dances, supporting, among other things, our collaborators

Splendid village within reach. Very large and comfortable rooms with terraces overlooking the sea. The gardens look like works of art. The entire staff is wonderful. Thanks to Alessio who assisted us in everything including the seat on the return flight that we could not book online. Amazing Jennifer and all the Veratour entertainment staff. Thanks to the chef who cheered us up every day with his homemade pasta dishes. The excursions were excellent and the guides were always kind and with a smile. In short, an unforgettable holiday. PS don't forget the mosquito repellents...

We stayed at the Palm Beach from April 16th to 23rd. The village overall is good, very well looked after, the rooms are spacious and the cleanliness is excellent. The staff is very kind and always willing to have a chat with customers (almost all of them speak Italian). The animation is soft, never intrusive. The food is good, I would say, and a special mention goes to the Chef, who was very kind and very kindly went out of his way to please me too, in this case, the moment he was told that I am vegan. I must say that I would have still found something to eat but he also made me find some pleasant surprises! And now let's move on to the painful notes... Air conditioning, a dilemma! In the rooms the temperature never drops below 25-26 degrees and I assure you that, with the temperatures and humidity outside, they are really too many! We practically never slept well, not even one night... too hot...! All this aggravated by the fact that the power often goes out and therefore the air conditioning turns off... as a result (IF we had managed to fall asleep) we woke up completely drenched in sweat. Another sore point is that at a certain point the whole village was affected by dysentery and stomach cramps (not in all cases at the same time)....we were told upon our arrival that they are equipped with a water purifier and say blast chillers for food but evidently there is a problem.... One last thing I would like to report is the behavior of a member of the entertainment staff, who one day, talking to some customers at a table near ours , made a very acidic and completely inappropriate comment about vegans. Feeling implicated, I changed my behavior towards this person in the following days, remaining cold and detached. On the day of departure, he accompanied us to the airport until check in and, in a very childish way, greeted everyone with a kiss, including my husband, except me! It makes me laugh sincerely because it is such a childish attitude that it is absolutely ridiculous, even more so because it is carried out by a person who is carrying out a job in which he represents a company, an important tour operator like Valtour, and should be above day any subjective judgment or criticism towards a customer of the village. Everyone noticed and he just made a poor impression. Well, this had to be said. Conversely, special thanks to Alessio, the Valtour manager, an exquisite person, kind and always available to listen to everyone with courtesy and patience.

First of all, thanks to Alessio and his staff, to the chef and to the excursion guys, the resort is very well looked after in everything especially for insects there are none, cleanliness at the top, as for the restaurant few things (better) but well taken care of. The only flaw is the overpriced photographer, truly disproportionate to the prices of the excursions. the beach is clean and the sea depends on the tides. Hello have a good life

My fiancé and I stayed at this beautiful resort in mid-April. Initially we were a little worried as it was our first trip to Africa but it quickly turned out to be the best choice we could have made. Jennifer and Alessio welcomed us at the airport, giving us a taste of the welcome and support we would have had throughout our stay. Alessio, Veratour manager, gave us very useful information on habits and customs, on the rules to be followed within the structure, and various curiosities about Nosy Be and Madagascar. Every day the Italian chef and his staff offered fresh pasta, freshly prepared meat and fish. The rooms are large and always clean. The entire staff, starting from the reception to the waiters, is warm, friendly and kind. A pleasant surprise were the guys from Veratour animation: Antonio, Jennifer, Tania and Livane. Friendly and kind guys, always available for a chat and ready to entertain everyone. I highly recommend the excursions with the structure. Of all of them, Dael and Modesto in particular were able to show us the essence of their land: they accompanied us to see wonderful islands like Nosy Iranja and extraordinary places like the Lokobe Reserve. Madagascar will give you emotion and unforgettable sunsets.

it was our honeymoon, we chose the Palm Beach structure and we were fully satisfied with the attention to detail that all the operators, from the cleaners to the waiters at the tables at the bar, passing through to the entertainment managed by Veratour, to remember Alessio, Livone, the girls... all always present and attentive, never heavy or out of place, in addition to the Veratour manager Alessio who is competent and ready to provide us with useful information, Italian cuisine with fresh pasta handmade by the great Chef Michele who was one Guarantee for every eventuality. Fabulous Wellness Center in the structure we dedicated pleasant hours in the expert hands of the masseuses who brought us back to splendid conditions, taking care of any pain or contracture! Highly qualified and valid staff, therefore our compliments, always ready for every need! For the excursions we were unable to reach an agreement with the guys at the facility, who were certainly also qualified, as we had already organized a tour with another team from Italy with Alberto and his staff.
