Closeby Monash University resident halls. The hotel is small but full of delights. Good value, nice people, green trees, and there is a jacuzzi in each room! Breakfast serves at 7, which makes a good start of the day.
Unlike big hotels in the city, you hear birds and winds.
Do have reasonable expectations on it, decoration and furniture are a bit torn but clean.
There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

This is a really bad hotel. As a motel, it can't be so unrefined. I was woken up by people walking around the door in the middle of the night, smoking, talking. I complained to the store in the morning and told the front desk that I wanted to check out early. The front desk said that you can check out early, but the money can't be refunded. I was really angry. Then I contacted Ctrip, but there was no result after repeated coordination. No one from the hotel expressed any attitude. It doesn't matter. They really don't care. The breakfast is also weird. I went to the restaurant a little after nine o'clock, but it was already closed. The service industry is still better in China. If such a hotel was in China, it would have closed down long ago. I don't have any good suggestions. Don't come.
