Easy check in friendly and safe.
Be aware that due to Covid regulations YOU need to advise the front desk if you want you room made up. The cleaning staff did not respond to the door hanger label saying make up room please.
Staff at checking in Chloe, friendly and other occasions at desk also helpful.
Be aware that rooms are usually set up for single travellers, so check with reception if set for two and save a run back to the desk for the extra towels.

but shower cubicle needs updating, v tired looking and lots of mood stains on sealant.
i stayed in this hotel last year and the bathroom was lovely, so i was v disappointed with this one.

Booked as my usual hotel was full.
Initial impressions from the outside wasn’t great, but as you walk in the door you can see it’s had a recent refurb.
Greeted by a very nice receptionist who was thorough and helpful.
I booked an accessible room and was allocated accordingly.
Whilst in this room there was an infestation of ants, I spoke with reception who moved me after inspecting the room.
The second room was not accessible. This room was smaller, louder, constant leaking pipework and thin walls and windows that seemed to enhance any noises.
Overall the stay was awful, with the mix of issues I wasn’t able to sleep and decided to leave to leave in the early hours of the morning due to it being pointless staying in a room you can’t sleep in.
I don’t believe I will be staying here again.

The receptionist was lovely and welcoming. The room itself was very nice and the beds were very comfortable! The only 'complaint' would be the cleanliness of the bathroom whih was not good (mould on the vents etc.) Overall, the stay was very nice.

Room was really hot, could not open windows due to road noise. Service was terrible for breakfast, we queued for 30 minutes to get served. Would not stay here again.
The hotel was dated. Staff were all good and friendly, especially the guy serving breakfast, he apologised to everyone for the wait.

Check in was very friendly and efficient. We had interconnecting rooms, one twin and one double and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated but shower good. The room faced the M1 motorway but the double glazing kept the sound to a minimum. We ate in the restaurant inside the hotel; choice of food included popular dishes such as tikka masala, lasagne, chocolate brownies. Food good and excellent service from very friendly staff!
