2 nights in this property. Spacious rooms, cleanliness and quality service, excellent varied and plentiful breakfast, helpful and very kind staff. Particular praise goes to the girls at the reception, upon arrival they immediately changed our room, offering us a higher category room even though we had booked a standard one. Well done

A fantastic experience not four stars but five. The rooms are wonderful, suitable for families due to their size and also the extra bed, which is very comfortable. The quality of sleep is very high which is fundamental. And what about the restaurant, the icing on the cake, we ate practically everything including seafood, land and even sushi and pizza. We will certainly return, a greeting to the three fantastic girls at the reception, to the maitre Enzo and to Mariateresa and Giovanni who pampered us every morning. See you soon

The structure is beautiful, clean and seems well organised, we were persuaded to have dinner with them in the structure and we did half board for 1 day and on Sunday evening there was staff but they were unprepared for the menu my husband wanted a simple subject with garlic and oil or only plain and they didn't cook it for him however the dishes we chose were scanned, without oil salt and untied very poor the second courses potatoes full of oil and packaged salad full of Terra we also have photos of the industrial dessert. the room in the morning at breakfast was always with dirty floors and there was no quality. After this very negative experience I think I won't go there again. And it should be noted that always on Sunday night there was a party in a room and the music was playing at high volume until 01.24am. Even when we complained to the reception at 12.16am they did not lower the volume. We were very disappointed with the kitchen and the poor cleanliness and poor professionalism. We paid in full for the side dish even though we pointed out to a waitress the presence of a lot of soil in the salad. These things shouldn't happen, not a 4 star Best Western

If you want to SLEEP in this hotel, be prepared that at least until midnight you will not be able to do that. Almost everyday there is a party with a very loud music that starts around 21.30 and can last until 1 am. When we asked at the reception if this is normal, Sig. Gianni told us that if we don't like it we should not come anymore or we should book the whole hotel just for ourselves to have the exclusivity. Not even "sorry for that", just an arrogant way of treating the geusts. Very disappointed with this approach and the fact that we couldn't get any good sleep. I know the hotel will reply that they didn't find a reservation with my name (it was done by a friend), I made an account only to warn other people of how bad their stay can be with the very loud music through the night.
