Posizionato vicinissimo al centro e alla stazione ferroviaria. Situato al primo piano senza ascendere (vedo difficile l'accesso per chi ha mobilità ridotta). Parcheggio su strada a pagamento. La colazione domenica mattina non è possibile perché il ristorante è chiuso. Entrando nella camera, non grande, non ho percepito il classico odore di pulito.

Se vi aspettate di trovare un normale albergo con reception sappiate che non è così. Camere in un condominio. Niente di più. Il che potrebbe anche passare. Sta di fatto che a causa di un ritardo del treno sono stato costretto ad arrivare sul posto alle 23.00. Invio un messaggio al numero indicato sulla prenotazione comunicando il ritardo. Di lì a poco mi contatta la struttura per chiedermi conferma dell'arrivo e spiego del ritardo preannunciato con messaggio. I'interlocutore mi risponde bruscamente che alle 23.00 non avrei trovato nessuno e che non aveva ricevuto alcun messaggio. E ci credo: chiamava da un altro numero diverso da quello indicato sulla prenotazione. Quindi mi da indicazioni su dove avrei trovato la chiave e l'indirizzo della struttura. Naturalmente diverso da quello indicato sulla prenotazione. Altra sorpresa in camera: pulizia questa sconosciuta. Unica nota positiva la posizione ottimale a ridosso della stazione ferroviaria.

Pessimo. Ho ricevuto un trattamento vergognoso. Dopo aver prenotato al mattino tramite *********** e comunicato che sarei arrivato in struttura alle ore 18, alle 1758 mi arriva una notifica che l’hotel d’ufficio e d’imperio aveva annullato la prenotazione. Mi sono trovato a pomeriggio inoltrato senza un posto, peraltro pagato in anticipo, ove passare la notte. Ho dovuto ripiegare a mie spese su struttura alternativa. A voi ogni giudizio sulla serietà della struttura che, secondo quanto riferito, aveva già tutte le camere occupate è una falla su *********** avrebbe causato detto inconveniente. Inaccettabile la spiegazione, così come la disponibilità pari alla zero, di reperire sistemazione alternativa a chi come me, in anticipo, aveva già saldato in soggiorno. Sto valutando eventuali azioni legali.
