"Looks great on website but a close inspection shows a bit of tender loving care is needed. Situated in a nice residential area next to a supermarket. The staff were very good and could not do enough for us. The room although spacious with a large bed was a bit tired looking. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room although there were vending machines on the ground floor Breakfast was good with a large selection of food. On the web it indicates a restaurant but this was not open at all! In addition there was also no bar!"

"Terranova49 – Where Hospitality Went on Vacation The last stop before heading to the airport is never easy—but Terranova49 in Novara made sure it was truly unpleasant. With 4 + 3 suitcases and the afternoon sun beating down at 32°C, we were shocked to discover that the lodge's main gate couldn't be opened for unloading. Why? No one had a key. That's right—guests forced to drag their suitcases under the scorching sun, denied access to the property's entrance. And since there's no parking, we had to leave the car on a side street and carry everything by hand, sweaty and tired. But it doesn't end there. Once inside, we discovered that the air conditioning "hadn't been turned on yet—because it's not yet the season." You can tell that to the thermometer reading 25.8°C in the room. Sleep? Barely. Comfort? None. To top it all off, at dawn we saw the garbage collector open the same gate... with a code. So keys weren't even needed. All it took was a little logic and organization. Is this Italian hospitality? If so, no "arrivederci" from me—just a curt BYE BYE. Terranova49, next time try treating paying customers... like customers."

Rooms are beautifully furnished and decorated, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Cleanliness is spot on and the host is on top of every detail to make sure your stay is superb. Good value price. Would highly recommend."
