It was an amazing experience! Cozy, clean, beautiful. There's an Amazing pool in the Hotel with hammam and sauna! Not far from the Center. But its really easy to get there by tram! A lot of transport around, we used it every day since we didnt have a car.

Great hotel, excellent spa, delicios breakfast buffet, polite staff.

One of the best hotel in Sarajevo. About 4km to old town in a quiet neighbourhood. The room is comfortable for single occupant. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are not. Heated nice pool. And it has a separate pool for men & women.

Nice hotel and good option for business trip

This hotel is situated 30-40 minutes walking distance from the city centre. It definitely shows its age: things start to fall apart here and there. The biggest problem was that air conditioning was not working in my room. Just couldn't turn it on at all since the on/off button was broken. The bed was comfy, water pressure was great, wifi speed good enough. Breakfast was okay. Staff is very friendly and pretty effecient.

When I checked out, I told the front desk: This is the worst hotel I have stayed in after decades of traveling around the world. It's not one of the worst hotels. It's the worst. The facilities are so old that it feels like time travel, but the place is so dirty that it seems to have never been thoroughly cleaned. The quilt, sheets and pillows all have a strange smell. The kettle has thick scale. The hair dryer is dirty and looks like it has been used by 10,000 people. The safe is broken. Countless. The most incredible thing is that the fan in the bathroom cannot be turned off, and the sound is loud! It's like a mouse sleeping in a bellows, and I almost can't sleep all night. The technician who was called in didn't know anything and was still looking for the air conditioner remote control in the room. He didn't even know that their air conditioner was manual.

The hotel has a good environment and a superior geographical location. The front desk reception service is warm and thoughtful, the room cleaning is timely and efficient, the staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner, and put themselves in the shoes of the guests. It was a very satisfactory stay experience. I felt the warmth of home in this hotel, the beds are comfortable, the supplies are thoughtful, and the service is meticulous. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travel.

The room is extremely quiet and roomy. I like the down pillows and quilts. The front desk staff is very kind and professional. It is fully worthy of 4 stars.

The original hotel was oversold, so we decided to stay there at the last minute. It was better than expected. The hotel is old and the location is a little off, but Sarajevo is not big, and there are parking lots available in the city center. There is a tram station nearby to the city center. The hotel has a parking garage for 10 euros per night, and there are also free public parking spaces nearby. The sauna and heated swimming pool that guests can use for free are great. The sauna is shared by men and women. There were few people on weekdays during our stay, but many people on weekends. The breakfast is average, and there are many halal foods. The room facilities are old, but the bathroom area is quite large, and many towels are provided. Free bottled water is available. There is no food nearby, so it is recommended to have a good dinner in the city center before returning to the hotel.

We originally chose another hotel but there was a problem so customer service assigned us this one. When we arrived, we checked in with a really nice girl who welcomed us really well. The rooms are good overall. A few shortcomings but nothing serious. The breakfast is huge. There was something for everyone. The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna and gym. Which is a plus. On the other hand, it is not very well located. In the evening, we stayed without dinner because no restaurant was open in the area. There is a tram nearby to go to the city but it does not work in the evening.

Business trip, hygiene, breakfast are all right, the experience is OK, the waiter's attitude is also very good, the room is relatively small, there are more Indians and Middle Eastern people, and the hotel is relatively old.

Stayed for two nights, 1000RMB per night. The room facilities are average, hot water is only available at night. There was a spider, and then the spider fell into my socks, causing me to lose a pair of socks. The service is completely inadequate, no one cleaned the room, no mineral water was provided, and no bath towels were changed. The only bright spot of the hotel is the swimming pool.
