第一，這個酒店是通過代理商預訂的，本來是入住兩天，由於本人行程變更，想推遲或取消預訂，結果通過攜程協調四天都沒有解決，代理商強硬拒絕，下單後不可以任何更改，沒有商量餘地，攜程也無法約束代理商，海外酒店電話和郵件都聯繫不上，而且有時差，溝通相當費勁。結果白白浪費一天酒店費用1000元，勸告大家海外的酒店千萬別通過代理商預訂，沒有任何保障。
第二，一個大人和一個小孩入住了這個酒店之後，發現根本不是酒店，是個荒野民宿，發現房間極小，設施巨破，第二天早餐極差，最最氣憤的是退房時，要收110美元説是早餐費和小孩加收費用，入住時候為什麼不説，這個民宿老闆******，出來咆哮，態度惡劣，要求必須交費離開，真是在海外身不由己，趕緊交錢離開，又賠了近1000元，這個酒店是黑店，千萬別去住了。

De eerste week van maart dit jaar verbleven we 6 dagen in dit hotel. Direct gelegen aan het hele mooie strand. Het hotel bestaat uit cottages en heeft een eigen restaurant. Het is een mooie accommodatie. Iedere morgen werd ons het ontbijt geserveerd op ons eigen terras. De kamers werden twee keer per dag schoon en in orde gemaakt. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De manager Mohamed informeerde regelmatig of alles naar wens was. Alles werd geregeld. We hebben 5 keer avonds in het restaurant gegeten en kunnen genieten van het eten en prachtige uitzicht. We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad, die dagen.

We stayed here on our first trip to Zanzibar. It’s a wonderful place; lovely team and wonderful owners. Really highly recommend! It’s a hotel that suite families and couples it’s not a place for rowdy teens. The restaurant on the beach serves great food with a lovely view of the sunset

Rent och snyggt, både i rummen och de allmänna utrymmena. God mat och väldigt omtänksam personal. Trevligt att få frukosten serverad på rummets egna terrass. Fantastisk strand precis vid hotellet. Gångavstånd till affärer och restauranger i Nungwi. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka hit.

Un endroit extraordinaire qui est propice au repos et à la sérénité. Composé d hébergements réparties dans un parc arboré et très fleurie avec accès direct sur la plage de sable blanc. Les logements sont décorés simplement mais avec goût et meubles locaux . Les prestations ( hôtellerie, restaurant , bar , piscine ,accueil..) sont de très bonnes qualités. Une petite mention particulière pour Mohamed, j’adjoigne, Catherine et le jeune garçon qui nous servait le petit déjeuner chaque matin sur la terrasse de notre appartement. Établissement à privilégier si vous voulez passer d agréable vacances

The hotel is very be dated on first impression. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained but the breakfast was terrible with very little choice and very poor quality ingredients. It was a very expensive stay for a very average experience.

Excellent. Lovely cottages in beautiful gardens. Very well run with the focus on ensuring everything is totally comfortable. We spent 6 lovely nights and can’t believe the staff can just keep smiling. Well done to Mohammed and all the team- just exceptional. Thank you.

Wir waren als Familie mit unserem Fast 2 jährigen Sohn 10 Tage dort. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich, besonders Muhammed, und haben unserem Sohn immer eine Freude bereitet. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Lage ist top! Die Zimmer sind ausreichend und sauber. Die gesamte Anlage mit Garten, Strandbereich und Pool war immer sehr gepflegt und sauber. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß war Man im Geschehen, bei der Unterkunft selbst war es schön ruhig und erholsam. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

We can really recommend flame tree! We are incredibly satisfied after a week in this wonderful place! It is a quiet place with a nice and relaxed a**osphere and really gives relaxation. The food at the restaurant is of the highest quality regardless of whether we ate fish, poultry, vegetarian or meat. We chose to eat pretty much all meals on site. It's also lovely to be able to sit on your own terrace and have breakfast. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The only negative, which perhaps especially the children found, was that the Wi-Fi did not work well at all. Many thanks for a wonderful week!
