The place is a bit run down, but ok and a fantastic location. Staff was very nice and helpful. They could have a better animation team, such a big hotel should have beach volleyball, water polo etc every day. When we were leaving and basically going around the corner to another hotel, they charged 15 dollars, Uber was 4.

Nice location but our toon was smelling like rotten eggs all the time. We informed reception but they only told us to leave AC all the time which didn’t change anything for us.
The quality of the food at the buffet was average but the service wasn’t that great either. Very moody staff for the most part. Also taxis from the hotel service are very expensive.

I had a great experience with my family at this hotel , this would be one of the great memories in Nungwi Zanzibar , it was awosome , all staff are very friendly and helpful , amazing stay , highly recommend this hotel I had all inclusive service and everything was wonderful , what a holiday in Zanzibar , there was a live band on Friday and was great !

The price is very low, the food in the restaurant is not delicious. The buffet dinner said that it included barbecue, but it turned out to be only shrimp + squid skewers. The swimming pool is not allowed to swim until 7pm, but there is no prompt when checking in.

Had an amazing trip at this hotel. Food is amazing, staff are very lovely and helpful . Hotel is clean and gardens are well kept. We had a beach front ocean facing room which was immaculately clean and had a beautiful view. Spa staff are amazing and it’s one of if not the best massage I’ve ever had. The trip was for my partners 50th birthday and the staff sang happy height him in Swahili and made a fuss of him which was wonderful. Only one minor issue was there was no cash machine, so make sure you get currency when you are out and about or bring USD with you.
